JB Hi-Fi Capalaba

The team member really wasn’t interested in helping me out today. Found this rather strange because usually the JB Hi Fi team members provide exceptional service

Nice place, clean and easy to get in. Easy parking at the back door (I'm not sure about the front door). Good and helping staff. A bit trappy because if they have something at the back of their counter, they will bring it to you and ask which variant do you want to purchase, if we just need to look at the product first (and NOT buying it at the same time), it feels a bit embarrassing to say "NO". Nice and quiet place as per the space they have as compared to the big jb hi fi stores.

We were looking at tv's and a pleasant guy with a beard at Capalaba advised my electronics enthusiast husband. He completely changed our minds on which tv to purchase and corrected something very important my husband had missed. 10/10 for product knowledge and expertise.

Yesterday I found it hard to get help from any staff with my questions and queries…
Today, I found my ‘click and collect’ quite straight forward and easy process
I guess I must make allowances for Xmas period and difficulties in finding staff during COVID

I am impressed by all the bad reviews I found at ProductReview.com today. I always liked buying from GB HIFI and I like the costume service offered by my local store. I ALWAYS give them a preference when buying any device. In the past month I ordered two products from GB HIFI, both in store, but unfortunately they didn't have it in stock, so I had to pay and wait for it to be delivered. All good about that. What really unsettles me is the fact that GB HIFI keeps using TOLL Priority to deliver our products. They know the company is terrible, they never deliver it in our place, they just pretend they tried to reach us when they never did. No one will never nock on your door or ring a bell. They will just sent a message saying you weren't at home and therefore your product will be taken to a collect point where you should go for it. I mean what is the point of keeping giving a preference to a company that does not care about how the delivery service is being conducted? My preference for GB HIFI is no longer on the table from now on.

Just went in today with faulty Beats and could not have got better service. Had a few people help at various points, went out of their way to organise the replacement, gave great product advice and we’re friendly. Top shelf

Went there to prospectively buy a $1300.00 phone, 3 staff standing there natering didnt even offer to come and see if i needed assistance so i walked out and bought it elsewhere

I always get good customer service at Jb HiFi. They are great in their warranties and returns. Products are usually in stock when you want them. Click and collect is a fast reliable experience.

Poor customer service. I had to wait for almost 30 minutes before finally giving up and going to Harvey Norman instead where I was attended to as soon as I stepped in.

Girl behind the counter was a source rude entitled little B^"*h who nearly got an adjustment.

Been to JB Hi-Fi Capalaba a few times - usually shop at Carindale. Great service, friendly and helpful. As usual they'll give you a deal and you walk away satisfied. Great place to shop. Thanks guys.

Absolutely terrible customer service would give a zero star if I could was left on hold for ten minutes listening to a recorded message saying ' no one likes to be on hold and someone will answer you within a few moments'. Was put thru to the wrong department and transferred straight back to reception where I stayed waiting on hold for another three minutes then got a girl who assured me that she would page someone or get back to me within a minute, after another two minutes another girl asked me where I wanted to be transferred and when I said I wasn't prepared to go back on hold again and that I would go somewhere else and she hung up on me! Way to go JB Hifi I wont be back!

They take a long time to help you with what you want to buy 15 minutes and didn't have what I was looking for.

Great prices but sometimes hard to find someone to help you. Staff always friendly and knowledgeable when you can find one

Best of service. I don't know anything about technology, got excellent friendly staff knew what I was talking about even if I didn't know how to explain it well.

Go somewhere else.

Although purchasing a game MIGHT be cheaper you should not go here to puechase a phone. I was told my phone would be mine outright which ended up being untrue a couple months down the line after my plan ended. Other friends have had simmilar issues with JB trying to scam you with some mobile plan.
