42I was looking for a new mobile OPPO mainly but waited awhile then left, seems they were too busy. Or was it my age put assistants off, I'm 84.
I came in to return another set of phone ear plugs & had excellent service from Drew. Great to have staff knowledgeable & helpful

Bought an Arlo online but instead of picking up a new unopen product was given an old returned product!
Visit on this occasion was unsuccessful in the type of service camera battery I needed but staff member was helpful and easily found
Really disappointed, came here from Tugun specifically to listen to Beats Solo and studio, the Beats Solo weren’t on at all, the studio had the wires pulled out and didn’t work either. I asked to listen to a pair but was turned down. The response was they have been broken for a while.
Pretty embarrassing for them and a waste of my time.
Don’t put out broken display items it’s looks like a thrift shop.

Nice clean store and convenient location for sure. Some of the staff friendly and the rest are pretty much useless. I would say that they lack customer service skills for the most part and unable to provide a satisfactory level of customer service. Other Jbhifi stores have their own issues but overall I would prefer to go to JB in Robina - the best & pack fair also good
The staff that helped me out went beyond the normal standards of retail assistance.not only searched the best possible deal in store but went out of thier way to help me when I had a damaged product out of warranty that needed fixing.the staff make it one of the best hifis on the Gold Coast
Always happy with the store. The staff are excellent, very helpful and willing to share their opinion and knowledge about the product. Most will also have experience with a few of the products and brands which is also helpful.
Good store, helpful staff and gave my son a great discount on a controller not on special. The store was very busy due to Black Friday sales.
The staff need more training in products. Waited so long for a staff member to help you! Pathetic service will never shop at this jb ever again. It's so knew and it's total trash compared to other jb hi fi.

If you go into JBHiFi at Stocklands Shopping Centre and you want
5 star customer service coupled with 5 star product knowledge you need
to ask for JAMES (he's the guy that looks like Rip in the Yellowstone TV series) - you won't get better service anywhere on the planet!
No issue with store itself however I was in the computer dept and was served by Sam. I chose the HP laptop and we went to the counter to
have it paid via Afterpay. My phone said it wasnt high enough spec to do the transaction. I said there must be a way as I have good credit on Afterpay. He asked another staff member and they gave up. I said this is ridiculous and I said youll be losing an $800 sale.he wasnt the slightest bit concerned. I have near nil IT knowledge yet I went out to the table and sorted it out myself on my phone and purchased it via afterpay no issues.but chose Robina store in protest. What a fool. Hopefully the management sees this. 1 star for zero persistance.

I would normally give a big 5 stars to JB but sadly 3 stars is all I can give for this star. The only reason being is the extremely poor customer service at the counter from the miserable staff member who clearly didn’t want to be there. A shame because JB normally rocks my boat!
The staff are amazing! Easy going and they gave me all the information I needed to make a decision.
Limited staff wanting to help out on the floor, they need some encouragement to pop their heads out and be known.lol.
I eventually found what I needed, no thanks to the elusive staff. Ha ha.
Previously, the staff were v helpful and interactive, maybe having to wear masks or otherwise could have been the issue for some.
