I had to return some stuff. Sometimes it happens. First class service no questions asked. Felt very appreciated.
And by the way, when I need to buy stuff, it's a pleasure to speak with people who know their product and can give answers on the spot. Recommended.

We're having issues with wifi at home. No coverage in the house. The nice tech guy was helpful and professional and pointed me in the right direction to fix my problem. Got home and tried the new mesh system and no more dead spots and super simple to set up. Thank you.

THE BEST SALESMAN I HAVE EVER MET!
If you want to buy a TV best suited for your budget and SPECS…don’t go anywhere else.just head straight to JB HI FI BUNDALL HOME and ask for DAZ…You might be looking at an option and thinking this is the best i can get for my budget but he will show you something 10 times better for the same money. Normally you see sales people just trying to get you to buy expensive things but that gentleman just wants you to have the best product for your money. It just shows how he goes out of his way to please his customers. I would recommend anyone who wants to buy a TV just go and meet DAZ, no matter what your budget is.

I bought an Apple Watch and when the cashier gave me the receipt, the receipt didn’t have my name on it and I need it for tax purposes. I asked if I could have my name in it and I was rudely pointed to a tiny yellow sign from the counter. One of cashier rudely and loudly said to the other one “she is already costing us time” so I questioned her their customer service and the cashier ignore me. There were not apologise, terrible customer service, bad attitude and terrible body language. Awful customer service

I normally go to other shops as I like service there, but this time the item I was after was only here so I gave it a go. The guy who served us was no help at all, first he said they don't have that particular item, I have pointed on the price tag so he was like - Oh. Then we should have it. So he checked in system, it was there, but he couldn't find it, checked some storage cabinets, no success and we had to go to another store in Southport after wasting about 20 minutes of our time. The southport one is not much better, the workers there didn't show me how to use it, didn't even open to show that it worked and that everything was in the box. And when I asked questions (in both stores) staff had no idea what I am talking about!

Big thanks to Jackson. After being stuffed around for over 12 months with Samsung, Jackson had us sorted in 3 business days. Professional and friendly and we are absolutely happy with how he handled a difficult and stressful situation.

The mans version of a shoe shop. How can you not depart with your hard earned cash! Staff at Bundall are friendly and knowledgeable which is a real bonus when you have too many things to choose from. Love JB, my favourite!

Stock for our item very poor. We were looking for an actual hifi. Sales staff around but I still had to interrupt a staff member just having a chat. Staff member new very little about hifis anyway.

We went into JB Hi-Fi on Sunday afternoon 07 March 2021 with my 80 year old Father looking to buy a tv. The person who served us was condescending, rude and should honestly be reprimanded.

An 80 year old frail man asks you to turn the TV on (when it was already on screensaver mode) and you knowing full well what he meant, you turned around to him and said "its already on, maybe you mean to change the channel".

That was honestly pathetic service and you need to either train your staff better or conduct more interviews to vet out staff like this.

Luckily we went to Harvey Norman and bought the same 50 inch tv.

Went in to try and buy an accessory for vacuum cleaner I had purchased there a couple years ago.the salesman couldnt have cared less, didn't listen to what I was asking. Told me to ring the manufacturer if it was under warranty.no was not a warranty issue. I wanted a kit of accessories that was on the JBhifi website. The guy just told me to go order it online. Very unhelpful. I wanted it for a specific job and needed to see on before buying.

Went up the road to The Good Guys, first attempt didn't get much sense out of sales person, then the manager came and spent the time to talk me through options.

Gee it wasn't as if they were busy at JBHifi, I had to go find someone to talk to.staff milling around doing not much also, seems to me they just couldn't be bothered unless I was walking in knew what I wanted then they would give me a docket to take to counter.

Some of the staff must not like working here. Staff seem to busy to help the customer. Mabe some of the staff should look for a new job.

73 year old woman left felling absolutely humiliated and embarrassed. Purchased a heavy item, air fryer, which was placed in my hands and I was left to carry it through the store to my car. I stopped a few times en route to rest my load. Not one of the young make employees offered to assist. Appalling service.

Friendly staff, consistent with the JBHiFi company as a whole. Definitely could have some more upbeat music going to keep with the upbeat style of the team. All in all well presented store. Clean, tidy. Nothing too intruding or in your face.

Sheldon, Ken and Alex are all so professional, knowledgable and very helpful. Might have to move to Queensland just to get such great service. Cannot recommend enough
