JB Hi-Fi

Went into JB Hi Fi today to buy some EUFY security cameras. Thought it was a good price with 20% off in large letters only to be told that finished before Christmas.
Then, take your signs down. We walked out and they still didn't take the signs down.

Bought a lessor of jbl noise cancelling headphones. The service at the harbour town branch was excellent.

The manager has terrible customer service. Rude & condescending. Do not recommend this store

Seccond time I’ve come in to purchase something and they have no stock. Both items in the thousands of dollars.why advertise if you have no stock for months.

Got what I needed, Asked the Assistant if i could try the Item to ensure my phone Fitted ok S23 Ultra with Cover) - was given the look but she opened the box and my phone fitted ok. Would have been 5 stars if she had Smiled instead.

Best service ever.shop staff are so helpful and know the products and where they are.very impressed.

Excellent product knowledge by the staff on duty, friendly and will go the extra mile for you.
A great place to just go and look at what is available.
Great prices and don't forget to ask for a price match or beat if you have seen it cheaper somewhere else.
Get extended warranty on most products for a small price.

The advice offered didn’t meet the description of my request therefor the purchase required more money and more time to make it work with the appliance. The service at the counter was amazing as always, the service on the floor was poor at best. The team member had a chip on his shoulder. Asking for a assistance seemed like a major burden. There is very limited interaction from him and he didn’t want to be there. I drove 120km to drive to this store to purchase the item.

Dennis at Harbour town JB hi-fi was awesome helping out today.

Dennis has a very high standard of customer service. He looks like a bit of a rock star and makes the process more an 'experience' rather than just an eftpos transaction. We purchased a bunch of stuff for my daughters new home, and Dennis did a lot of chasing around for us and pointed us in the direction of some really great buys. It can be really overwhelming to know exactly what to get when you need to buy a lot of stuff, so having someone you can trust is really paramount. Thanks Dennis.
