Nice store, good customer service, the only downside is every time you enter the store you lose all cell phone service.

I like JB Hi-fi. They are better at sorting out Telstra problems than Telstra and the service is fast, easy and efficient. Great range and great prices.

Extremely helpful staff I’ve never had an issue with anything we have bought for the business at JB hi-fi.

I had to claim a warranty on a pair of headphones and the staff were great Jordan in particular was very fair and professional

Bought a TV from JB HI-FI 6 months back, and the TV randomly turns off, take it in under warranty and thats where the nightmare begins.they have had the TV for nearly a week now trying to replicate the problem, i even gave them video evidence of this happening, and all this time i keep getting the stuff around. Just refund the dam money so i can go else where

Staff not Interested in serving customers. We were in the store for half an hr and walked out

Sales staff tried to sell is a display model tv for full advertised price. Did not tell us it was a display model the staff hat brought it to car told us thankfullyshout out to him. Went back to store they said we can give ya 10 bucks off so today went to Harvey Norman got same tv same price non display model and Harvey Norman does longer warranty hmmmmmm that have deffinatly gotten worse they used to be 5 star

This store is big on selling warranties but is not concerned about the quality of products and knowingly sells faulty products

Excellent service sales assistant was professional and very helpful i would highly recommend her to any of your customers.

Great place for great deals. Customer service could be worked on a little better and an on-site resolutions team would be great in order to solve problems that customers run into with their electronics. Not a fan of sending stuff away and being left with nothing

Went window shopping for a new phone, had a lovely helpful gentleman help me out, very knowledgeable and super helpful will be back on Saturday to grab a deal

Sadly about the only stores you can still walk into to buy cds/vinyls and DVDs although their range is getting smaller each time I visit.

Staff member was helpful not overly knowledgeable on the products i was after.but the price was 2 high

It is as one would expect, fairly standard, plenty of stuff and as every JB HI-FI hard to get staff help, all in all ok, as long as you know what you are looking for yourself

Difficult to find a customer service/ sales person available, if you do it's a long wait in line. Prices are competative but not compared to online. Officeworks is a better alternative for phones. Only shop here if you've done your research and it's the cheapest.

JBHiFi. Is always a good place to go to see the latest gear at reasonable prices. My only gripe is that vynal records we used to get cost so much more now.

I absolutely love my experience whenever I visit JB-HI FI Canelands. Every single time I'm in I immediately get a warm "G'day buddy" from the security guard and away I go into the store to see my many options which they always have in stock it is truly amazing I absolutely love they're staff at this store because they are very hands on and I feel very welcomed into the store. I love shopping at this store it is great!

Very crowded. No social distancing happening by people of Mackay but I was masked thank goodness.service good and bought reqd product effortlessly
