JB Hi-Fi Hervey Bay is very competitive store amongst others in the Bay not the cheapest but not the most expensive unlike Hardly Norman so if you really after good bargain this place I would consider start first

Went to JB today to buy a sound bar & we were served by Adam

No answer to e mails (I was sent a satisfaction survey for the e mail question which remains un answered) no answer to phone calls apparently 9: 15 am is still outside their trading hours.

Very helpful. Didn't have the cord I needed but found an alternative solution to our problem. No more than 10 minutes for the entire transaction.

Great store which is the nearest place to get new DVD's. There is now no place in Gympie that sell DVD's

Poor customer services. Been standing there for 15 mins. Asked twice that I need assistance but no help. Really need to focus on customer service if want customers

Very disappointing visit to JB today. From the moment I entered the store I was bombarded by pushy over zealous salespersons trying to tell me that they had great savings on items in store. From my observations this was totally misleading many items whilst displaying " SALE" prices that had actually increased in price compared to a visit to this store a short while ago. This practice of advertising is misleading and is treating your customers as if they were ignorant. Wake up JB, we know times are hard for retailers but if this sort of hard sell and blatant misinformation continues it will be detrimental to your business.

JB Hi Fi Hervey bay has pretty much anything collectable or electronic. It's one of my favorite stores

Always great service when in store, never had an issue. Shout out to Tobi, have dealt with him many times, and his customer service is great. Definitely a great team member

Our phone died and needed to be replaced. Kelly's product knowledge was second to none.highly recommended.

I went to jb hi fi at Stockland on Saturday to buy electronics. I purchased Braun multiquick 5 @price 104 dollars. At the payment counter they said the price is 129 dollars and the one @104 dollars is without box. I took the deal and got the blender with 4 attachment pieces. At home I realized they gave me a wrong part. I went back the next day and these people were not believing me. Initially they thought I am making them fool and I want to swap some old machine with their new one. After so much struggle they finally changed the part but they didn't accept their mistake. They are horrible people. I will not buy anything from jb hi fi ever.

Wanted a black Garmin Venu watch. There were 2 empty boxes on the shelf and I was told they had them in stock. I wanted to look around. Went back the next morning, took one of the boxes to register and was told they were out of stock. My question was, "why keep boxes on shelf if there is NO stock".
I went back in a few days later. There was a different Garmin watch on sale. I asked what colours it came in and was told black, sand, grey/slate, and a pale purple colour. I asked too look at the black as there were none on display. Salesman showed me the watch and I said I'll take. I opened the box when I got in my car and it was grey! The watch I bought doesn't even come in black. Be very wary

Helpful staff member Jack was very willing to assist which was appreciated. His knowledge was also really great.

People there are a little hard to find but usually really helpful when you can track one down. Still love shopping there.

Was looking for a Chromecast 4K. Online showed they had it but store stated that they ran out more than 5 weeks ago. Bad IT.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Went there to buy a pixel phone, the sales patiently explained the buyout option and monthly plan option. Felt like he was totally on my side in choosing a product. He also helped me with the purchase of charger and extended warranty option.

Friendly with the product I needed at an acceptable price point. I find it a bit cluttered but I'm not there often enough to know my way around.

Great service, truthful with their opinion of my requirements.

Why employ someone who disappears off home halfway through serving you.thanks they have at least one manager on site to fill the gaps when the him, she, they decided it is time to go home.good work ethics and should underpin your employment
