JB Hi-Fi

The girl at the front of store wasn't much help but I soon found someone to help me and then another chap showed me exactly what I was after.

Great store experience, loads to browse at. Would be helpful for more/better signage for the various products ranged. Quality of service and wait time also good

Really love the customer service at JB Hi-Fi, nothing is ever too much trouble.
Didn't have what I needed this time, but helped me check if it was at another local store, and I was able to collect my product.

Products are great staff not so much. IF you can get customer service unless you are buying top of the line read here expensive they simply aren't interested. Do better JB.

I should never go in there. Always spend too much money. Click and collect is really easy. Great Black Friday deals. Not that my bank account would agree!

COOL! Good place to go for a bargain on electronics. I usually go here whenever I'm looking for anything tech wise. Staff are friendly and everything is quite easy to find. They usually always have deals on stuff in here.

There were multiple copies of a game available on the shelf but when we went to purchase it there is no stock available. What a waste of time - I’ll just go to EB games instead

I find stock is always low. Staff try to be as helpful as possible depending on the product. Friendly.
Most of the time I believe it's easier to purchase online.

Gemma and crystal were amazing and so helpful today. I went in thinking I was going to be forced to spend a fortune but the two of them came up with a plan and I am so thankful to them for all their help.
Gemma the store is going to miss you when you leave and move back to Melbourne!
Crystal I hope they hire someone just as good as Gemma for you so a new A team will be created

I had to wait around to be declined the advertised special price displayed for a laptop which the sale had finished a couple of days ago. I walked out with an inferior product at the same price as the falsely advertised one beside it.

JB hi Fi is the bomb diggity what you need or want in electronics, JB hi Fi is sure to accommodate you. I'm giving this bad boy five stars

No store integrity, they don't want anything to do with your warranty even if its a consumer law.they will try to blame you and say you've broken your item that you purchased.

I believe the store is run by 9 year olds, they have to ask multiple other staff members to figure out what the hell to even do with almost anything.save yourself some time and grief and don't buy at JBHIFI especially at this circus of a store.

I came in yesterday to buy a phone, but found that the information tickets beside the items left little information, usually 3 bullet points and on each phone it'd be different information leaving little opportunity to compare.

I stood with the phones for a while waiting for the JB Hi Fi employee to acknowledge me whilst he served another customer, but he refused to and continued to serve her- apparantly (he announced loudly) he's not allowed to apply screen protectors under JBHifi Rules but he will do it for this lady- due to this lack of service I received the store lost out on a 1000$+ sale and I took my business elsewhere.

The rescued star was we did however manage to buy some items, and the guy at the cashier was friendlier.

Range of electronic products is huge and whilst I was only looking at smart phones, I am sure that they stock just about everything you could want, from record's (LP's) to sim cards and mobile plans, call in and check them out.

Could not ask for a better manager of a JB store. Exceptionally helpful and proficient. You’re a legend, Tim.

Excellent customer service from Glen and manager Tim. They are extremely helpful providing essential information on the products we were interested in and problem solved the difficulties we had all with a positive and customer 1st attitude

Shaun gave me great advice about a streaming device, so easy and pleasant, helpful attitude, and I could tell he's a fellow true local and not a southern blow in cause he used the word "gammon". Luv it. Great service!
