JB Hi-Fi

Looking to find staff always an issue here.
Wanted assistance with making a purchase, but no one around to help, so I just walked out.

I have been shopping here for years, and every staff member I have dealt with has been great. Helpful, kind, knowledgeable.

Always has what I'm after. If they don't they do their utmost to order it
Customer service was good

Not bad, did get weird looks by security guards while looking at phones though which was funny, nothing went wrong though

Had a great staff member who was very lovely even after I purchased the item, took it home and then had to take it back cos it didn't work/connect and he saw me back again and I explained the situation to him and even he was stunned to why it wouldn't work/connect but I had no problems getting my money back, so thank you to the lovely gentleman for being understanding, would recommend JB HIFI Ipswich to anyone. Great work guys/gal's.

Went to your Oxley store yesterday. Such friendly nice people. Will never come back to riverlinl store. You need to pull your socks up

Great service, friendly staff that help out with any of our needs or questions. Look after us with price as usual and just a great experience as usual from JB Hi-Fi Ipswich.

Always great going into JB Hi-Fi Riverlink. Staff are very helpful.
Cashiers are a bit sullen

Walked into the store knowing exactly what I was looking for but the four staff standing in the middle of the store having a laugh and a chat didn't serve my partner or I. My partner wanted to find something else and as we looked around still no service (I'm on crutches at the moment so walking around isn't overly enjoyable). I had aleast found what I was looking for, headed up to the counter to get the product and they informed me that they were out of stock. Woman at the counter asked if I wanted to speak with someone about finding something comparable but I was over it by this time. Even stopped in front of the four staff in the middle of the store for a good minute looking at a computer and they still didn't ask if we needed a hand. Not the first time the service has been terrible. I get that I was there at 3.30pm on a public holiday but I they are the only time I get to shop and still expect at least some service. People at the door checking you in are always lovely and welcoming, shame the staff inside don't match the door.

Huge variety and staff are very nice. But when I went to test the headphones on display most of them were unplugged.

Always have stock even if other stores don't seem to.

Not my closest but they're a great second option.

I would like to thank the young lady (I think her name was Rocksy) for her help when I was looking to buy a new phone. This young lady was so helpful and professional, being an elderly person who has little knowledge of technology she made my purchase so easy. Thank you

We just went in to see if they had the Soda Stream model we wanted. They did so we'll be doing some birthday shopping there

Rudest Staff member I've ever encountered. I approached desk with two staff serving one customer. Waited a bit. Eventually said 'excuse me' be told to wait.no reason given. Staff member No. 2 stood and did nothing to help staff member No. 1 or the customer ahead. Customer left. I again asked for help only to be told ' I only do phones, you'll have to ask someone else'
I WILL never shop here again.

Been hanging to see a quiet place 2. Scored it for only 20 bucks. Sweet deal.

Great selection went to check out records prices bit different to the first 45 record I bought oops. Pink Floyd live at Knebworth remix 74 bucks for 12inch.luv playing records still. But had great selection of band t shirts at good prices if your a size 8 to 10 the small will be still too big though. Yep I'm an old rock chick. Great customer service.

The only place I have found nearby that lets you pre-order PS5, I only had a 3 week wait for my one and they received enough stock to fill the pre-orders and still had a few spare for walk-ins (they won't last long though).

Had to return to store twice to get correct leads/connections as staff thought they knew better. That is, once someone eventually arrived to offer assistance.

Very frustrating, waited 20min and kept asking for help, super bad service, don't waste your time, you'll be ignored
