Always crazy busy but the security guard at the door was incredibly helpful and loved a good chat!

The assistants helped me with what I wanted straight away without wait an me were great help

Every time I go here the store layout changes. I get you want people to walk through the store but put the counter out the front near the entrance so it's easier to find.

Cheap prices. The trade off is there is no customer service. If you don’t need any help this is the place to go otherwise go elsewhere

I was checking security cameras there and was surprised with the quality of the service and support in making a decision. Bought everything I wanted and had a confidence that I chose what I really needed, because the variety is insane and drove me mentally sick. Thank you for making my life easier!

The phone staff at JB Hifi are so much better then telstra. Way more customer friendly and helpful it getting the right deals. I have also used jb hifi in rockhampton and they are the same. They manage the phone department well.

Not happy.purchased the Samsung Watch 4 on 11 Sept 2021 in store at North Lakes during the $50 gift card promotion.month later tried to follow up with online support - told can't help go to the store, went to the store and told the account has been closed.and they'd be in touch - week later and nothing.very poor service and false advertising

Had one of the IT lady to help me with my refund at the store, I also made sure to ask questions when I called them before even going in for the refund, anyways, she had the worst attitude, wasn’t helpful at all. Coming from someone who works in retail, her attitude was disgusting, apparently she can’t politely greet me and can’t ask me to come over to help me at the desk (I was standing on the side until she arrived) no smiles, no greetings, no goodbyes.

Plenty of things to look with a broad range of stock.
Just very cluttered and when the crowds are out it becomes very hard to be in the store

I ordered and paid online drove to store collected my item and drove home. Quick and easy process.

Great prices, and staff members are always friendly and helpful.especially with the price matching.

If you want anything that isn't on the shelf be prepared to wait 20-30min at least to be served. Somehow perpetually understaffed

I shop here a lot. They always have what I want at a great price. Staff are helpful and never condescending when you aren’t sure what you actually need (it happens) to fix your problem.

A tail of two experiences. Went their one weekend to buy a digital video camera, was told the one I wanted wasn't in stock.

Return to the same store one week later, see a diff.salesperson and get told yes there's one of them on stock. Turns out it was the display model which was placed as a different video camera which was $150 less.

Happy with my purchase but not happy I had to see two different salespeople when the camera was there all along. If the guy on my first visit had done his job properly I would be much happier.

Staff having non related work conversations when I'm waiting to get help with an item from out the back. Very poor service from this store sadly

Great store had what I needed, only issue was the salesman wasn't very knowledgable on what I was after.

Went into the store to get a PlayStation controller. No one was in the area. Went to the front counter to ask if someone could help and the lady at the front was telling her co workers “he said he’s suppose to be working but he’s out the back”

SUPER UNHELPFUL. Left the store after I heard that, this is the second time I’ve had bad customer service and I would rather go somewhere else.

Service is ok as long as you know what your looking for staff sometimes a bit slow serving customers

Staff went out of their way to try and help me as best as they could even though they were absolutely flat out. Ultimately l, Ilwasn't able to obtain what I was after, but I appreciated the help so much that the 5 stars are very much earnt

One of a few stores that has very knowledgeable salespersons who are happy to provide as much information as needed, and also negotiate some deals!
