A good selection of items in store, however it’s very hard to navigate and not very accessible if you have a pram. I had had to shift clothing racks just to get the pram through. A bit of a hazard. Mentioned to the staff on my way out and said “it’s very hard to fit through” (after trying to get out of the store and having to backtrack when my pram got stuck) and his response was “Sometimes” in a dismissive manner. I hope they reconsider this layout, thankfully today it was just me and my son, however someone with wheelchair would really have struggled I think.

Went there today as my son loves anime clothes. Awesome service. Best retail service I have had in a long time, hiring mature workers can be a smart business practice.

Shopped at Jay Jays at Pacific Fair today and our salesperson Tyler was absolutely amazing. His customer service was fantastic and he did everything in his power to assist us. He really made our shopping experience special. Thank you

Had an amazing shopping experience here on Sunday. There was an absolute beautiful lady who tended to us straight away, was happy to be there, super polite and friendly. She was so helpful. Haven't experienced service like that in a long time! Didn't catch her name unfortunately but really wanted to give a shout out. She was dressed in skater chic and had beautiful long lashes. We had such a great experience today at Jay Jays Pacific Fair thanks to the shop attendant, Jason. Jason's professionalism and customer service was one of the best we have ever experienced (even in comparison to high-end stores in the Centre). Jason was kind, patient and extremely helpful throughout our time in the store. Our toddler was being a bit of hard work and Jason could see that we were struggling and gave her a Zooper Dooper to settle her down. He kept going out the back to get us the sizes in certain items we wanted and going the extra measure to check if an item was not on display. Jason took the time to ask our names and understand what we were looking for so that he could assist us correctly. High-quality customer service like this is hard to find these days. Jay Jays Pacific Fair is extremely lucky to have a staff member like Jason and we will now ensure we attend that store in particular due to Jason's high-quality service today. Great job Jay Jays Pacific Fair. You're lucky to have such a wonderful employee!

The man serving me today was super friendly and helpful. Good range of stock, the store was pretty easy to move around.
