A group of mates and I went in to get some schoolies outfit, extremely positively greeted by Felicity who provided excellent customer service to us. Appreciate this great gesture will definitely return.

Provides you with exactly what you expect. Simple basic clothes, and decent jeans. Shopping for the first time in a long time (last pair of jeans I bought were maternity jeans) and I just felt like a frumpy mum. I walked in, needing some jeans so I could feel a bit nicer while hanging out woth my best friend for the first time since covid. I asked for something for a small waist and big hips, preferably slimming and long, as I am rather tall. The very helpful staff without missing a beat told me the exact style that would suit me, hunted down the right colours and sizes and I walked out of there with two pairs of jeans. They knew how to up-sell - I only wanted one, but the second pair was 50% off!
The staff even gave me advice on sizing and gave their opinions on how to wear the jeans with the top I had on. Great service.

I walked in and they did not acknowledge me saying hi how are you, can I help you? But they will with everyone else, hmm, im not impressed jayjays. I won't be shopping there ever again. Ill go somewhere else thank you very much

Great customer service today from a visual merchandiser called Emma. Super sweet and really knows her products. I got a huge friendly hello from her as I entered the super busy store. I explained to her the tops i needed and how they weren't online or in the sizes i needed instore. Low and behold, she got me sizes from the back. Nothing was too much for this superstar, even when the store was super busy shes still putting customers first.
An absolute superstar employee.

This place is absolutely disgusting. I saw a literal rat on the floor in the change rooms, and when i reported it, the lady said "if you have a problem you can fix it yourself. " she then proceeded to mumble something under her breath in another language.i hate fast fashion and i hate you.

Service is great and the people there are nice, but clothing and products are very poorly presented and make the store look messy.
