Placed an order for meat for a Sunday feast. Was assured by the team they'd be open good Friday til 6PM. When to pick up my order on the Friday to find out there closed the whole weekend.returning on Tuesday.absolutely gutted that my whole Easter feast ruined.
Just confused why they didn't reach out if they decided this and I could of pick it up earlier.

Just found this butcher after being put on a special diet for Grassfed meats with no hormones. Great service and quality meat from Tasmania and the bacon is nitrate free

I was recommended this place many years ago by a random in a supermarket years ago. I revisited it yesterday and was very impressed by the politeness of Frankie the apprentice. His enthusiasm and knowledge of the products was amazing. It’s a great little shop with a great selection of meats. I’m looking forward to trying the variety of snags that were purchased and my pork roast.

Best sausages in town.also free range chicken and salmon of the best quality, adding to this, a great customer service that Jason provides for his customers with his cool fishing and surfing stories, I totally recommend JQM

A regular at Jason's, even after I've moved out of the bayside and back into Brisbane. It's a 30 minute drive but I still come back here. For the price and quality. Jason doesn't let the meat sit around in the fridge. Mostly because it's fast moving but also because he likes it fresh fresh. Amazing quality, and honest with his knowledge of the animals as well.

Simply fantastic. Jason's a conscientious butcher who sells high quality products at very reasonable prices. I made a slow cooked lamb dish yesterday which was simply outstanding, and had a couple of truly delectable sausages with breakfast this morning and just had to write this review in appreciation. I'm really pleased to have Jason's so near by!

He always has top shelf products from fish that I got today it was sensational red emprer, meat, chicken and the sausages are good enough to win several Sausage King firsts.
And yep when your Butcher really cares about his products and his customers reminds me of the olden day butchers good people and honest.
