AMAZING, professional, friendly and quality service. I took two pairs of comfortable heels that I LOVE for work, but can't buy now, in for repairs and new "parts". Now, instead of paying $300+ for two new pairs that I don't love, I've got two pairs that I love for about $90. They even shortened the slightly stretched leather strap. VERY impressed. Highly recommend.

Went in and got my directly moulded boots resoled, speedy and high quality service, however dress soles were fitted, will have to remember to specify something more durable next time.

Jannusch Shoe Repairs have completed some great work for my friends, however, when I walked in to have not only have my own but my partners shoes fixed, the lady at the front counter was unbelievably rude. She easily has the worst customer service in town. I took my shoes with me and have gone elsewhere. I am all about supporting local, although I will not support local when even the front counter's customer service is worth a negative 5 in ratings.

Jannusch Shoe Repairs saved my wife's shoes! There were several beloved pairs that had wear and tear on the soles and this place fixed them up good.

Communication was great and the cost was well worth the investment in shoes that still had plenty of wear left in them!

Charged for glue soles, and once paid upfront, noted they would only refund 40% of the job even though they could not complete job. Then absolutely hacked new pair of imported knee high leather boots, after waiting 4+weeks, they now don't fit at all!
Will be going out of town now, as all shoe repairs incl saddler places etc, all noted they send their repairs to Jannusch's. Absolute rubbish and horrible service

Had a pair of cowboy boots fully re-soled recently, Jannusch did a great job - it's neat and tidy and looks like when they were new. Friendly service and did the job in the quoted time too. 10/10.

This place provides excellent friendly customer service.we have previously had excellent quality repairs done by this place and bring items from new Zealand to get them repaired.once again they have provided top quality service and repairs to meet our tight time frame this visit. I believe that this firm is one of the best left and we are very happy with the repairs to our r m Williams boots and Italian shoes

If I could I would not rate even 1 star as took 2 pair's of my expensive Colorado knee high leather boots to have the left ones repaired and neither of the repairs were done correctly and the boots are wrecked to the point that they don't look the same and I will never wear them because they are noticebly different so I have lost the cost of the boots being about $700 plus the nearly $100 for cost of repair.
I am so angry and when I went to collect them the guy was over the top angry at me because I complained and he said he done what I asked which is a joke because who in their right mind asks for any footwear to be repaired to a point where they look visibly different.
It was not done the way I wanted it done and I offered a couple of suggestions to fix issue but was told I should go to a boot maker to have suggestion done - what a joke. See pics below.
