All I can say is the staff are all highly knowledgeable and friendly. They make you feel so comfortable and answer all your questions. Lisa is amazing and walks you through all the options and provides a wealth of experience and information.

Nally has assisted me with understanding my skin, its needs and science behind the Synergie range. She is so passionate and a wealth of knowledge which makes me have confidence in purchasing products. She is always so professional and ensures I feel satisfied with my
decisions. She has also kindly given samples which are so helpful before making a commitment to a certain product.

I see Lisa frequently for antiwrinkle treatment and feel extremely comfortable in her hands. She explains the process and outcomes so that I have a realistic expectation. She’s also assisted me with treating my migraines which I have suffered from for years and I can safely say since commencing treatment with Lisa I have experience a significant decrease in migraines (almost non existent)

I can’t rate this cosmetic and wellness clinic enough! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Appreciate you all!

I recently visited the Trinity Beach clinic for my first skin treatment post giving birth to my son and it was exactly the luxurious experience I needed to relax, treat my skin and take some time for myself. Amy was excellent, calming and clearly very experienced in all things skincare. Highly recommend.

I went to Jade cosmetic clinic in Trinity 3 weeks ago to get a skin consultation (comes with a facial and a full body LED treatment). I was so pleased with the professionalism and the amazing service of Amy. It was definitely the best face treatment I ever got. She also recommended a skin care routine that is very minimal since I am travelling a lot and I can’t bring lots of products with me. I had a lot of built up on my forehead and that created pimples and uneven skin that wouldn’t go away even after a few months of skincare with another brand of products. After the treatment and 3 weeks of cleanser, vitamin B serum and zinc cream with SPF my skin is now completely clear and look really healthy! Definitely going back for another treatment (because it is so relaxing and the glow after is incredible). Thanks again

Just had a bit of work done to try and slow down the ageing process. To say that I was a little apprehensive is an under statement, however after discussing the procedure and being very well informed I felt more than comfortable to proceed. I’ve been seeing Lisa for a few years now and she does a lovely job of keeping me looking young without overdoing anything. She never tries to sell treatments to me but only gives me those little tweaks that no one notices!

Nurse Jade was lovely and really calmed my nerves as this was my first appointment. She took the time to explain the process and answered any questions I had.
