Excellent customer service! I sent my order back because sizing was wrong and it got lost by Australia Post. Jacaru helped check regularly with the Post to find it, but when it never arrived we assumed it was stolen and Jacaru still returned 100% of my payment. Thank you and I look forward to purchasing something again in the future.
