I've have nothing but good things to say about dr Torbey he really cares an listens appointment should be around 15 minutes he never checks his watch it finishes when you are
very nice staff too I've booked appointments for my husband and I as far as April next year if we need other appointment inbetween no worries

My wife and I have Been going to Jacaranda Medical Centre for over 28 years Dr Bentleigh is a great doctor and the reception staff are excellent and very helpful

Doctor Bentley is the first Doctor I've found in far too long who seems to actually care and not be checking his watch to get the fastest turnover! Listens, considers and cares. Feel like I'm actually getting assistance with my health for the first time in years, not just a bandaid approach.

Had a lady called Cheryl answer the phone and she was extremely rude and not helpful at all will never visit this place

Lovely receptionists and always speak respectfully, dont have to wait too long for appointments, doctors are good.

One star is too many here. This is a very poor quality medical agency. Junior female counter staff are blatantly rude. If you go there with a serious issue requiring immediate treatment they will slam the door in your face. Subsequent complaints to the only Dr there (Sussens) are met with cold-face denials and flimsy excuses. Don't bother with Health Ombudsman either - it really is a case of cop-investigating-cop. They read your complaint, get the offending party's version, then rule in their favour.unless you have irrefutable, iron-clad proof. Go somewhere else - ANYWHERE!

If you won't decent care go elsewhere doctor Bentley is lazy doesn't research who he refers you to and you end up going back multiple times. Absolute worst GP Ive ever had.

While your waiting you could book another appointment at a different medical centre go to that one be seen and still make it on time here
