Wow, far and above the best dental experience ever. Doctor Lauren and her assistants were so welcoming, so friendly and very professional. Absolutely the most thorough examination I have ever had. I really cannot recommend Jacaranda Dental highly enough.

I am a very nervous (sooky) 56 year old patient. I saw Dr Lara and assistant Stephanie. They made me feel very comfortable and were so kind and compassionate. I have no hesitation in recommending Jacaranda Family Dental.they are fantastic!

Jacaranda Family Dental is a gem of a find and I can truly say it is world-class, having lived abroad and being well travelled.

Like most people it is not my favourite destination but after visiting this professional dental clinic my fears and sweaty palms have all but disappeared.

Dr Allen and Lara were amazing with our daughter Ava who was petrified of going. They were patient and worked within her limits to make her feel comfortable and safe. We have already booked a follow up appointment. They were both fantastic! Highly recommend.

Amazing service! Dr Adam and the team went out of their way to transfer my Invisalign treatment from my dentist in WA when I moved to QLD. Every visit since has been a pleasure and my teeth look awesome! Professional and friendly team. Highly recommend.

Staff are all very plesant & accomadating plus explain in detail all proceedures. My wife in past Managed Dental Practise in Townsville, worked in Practise in Sydney and her comment regarding Jacaranda Dental was she had never seen or experenced anything to this modern standard of Dentistry. It really takes the fear out of visits to a Dentist - well done Jacaranda Family Dental!

Our son always comes away from his appointments positive and motivated to step up his brushing. Every single member of staff we deal with are genuine and helpful. Five stars every time!

Beautiful practice. I had a chipped tooth filled and Dr Lauren and Brooke were amazing. No needles required and they we so gentle and caring. Very thorough also. All the staff are so lovely and kind.

Absolutely amazing service from the first phone call making the appointment to the actual appointment. My 22 month old chipped her tooth, the receptionist was very understanding and accommodating. And the gentleman (pretty sure Dentist John - terrible with names) was unreal with my daughter. Made her feel completely comfortable and was brilliant while examining her teeth and finished by making her a balloon animal.

And a very reasonable bill.

Dr. John and the team that have worked on my teeth have been nothing but spectacular. From an emergency tooth extraction, to my first clean in almost a decade to wisdom teeth removal they've done it all for me. A big thank you to everyone in the team I've spoken to so far. An absolutely wonderful experience with Jacaranda! I wouldn't trust anyone else!
I was so nervous about booking my appointment I held off for sooo long and when I finally did and push through I actually walked in feeling so welcomed by the staff and cared for. The dentist I was seeing sensed I was nervous and actually sat down face to face and asked me about my fears. He was very keen to find the root cause to help me overcome. I've never been anywhere that actually cares this much! I had a few issues going on with my mouth so I knew I was up for a bit of work, that and being petrified and not actually going to a dentist for awhile but each time I went back I felt more confident knowing I had such an understanding dentist looking after me. But not just the dentist the wonderful admin ladies were nothing short of amazing, kind and gentle towards me.
I ended up having my work done, I'm not going to lie it was always hard each appointment pushing myself to get there but I also ended up getting my wisdoms out, and setting up an appointment for Ortho treatment.
The staff I can't fault, the practice, amazing. Quality 100%, the patience, care and kindness 110%. If your looking for a practice that goes above and beyond, that doesn't just want to get you seen, in and out but actually cares and takes all those small details in I highly recommend the Jacaranda team. I'm so glad to have found such a gem of a business!
