I engaged Joe McGuirk and JCo to build my home in 2022 and the experience was fantastic. JCo assigned a Construction Supervisor at the beginning of the project who was in touch with me throughout the build with frequent progress updates and photos. From start of construction to handover the building process took a total of 5 months, despite the challenging environment facing supply chain and the construction industry in 2022. The final product was outstanding, with quality workmanship and fine attention to detail. I highly recommend Joe and the JCo team, and would not hesitate to build my next home with them.

This is our second home with jco constructions and it is unbelievable again! The quality of detail and workmanship is second to none, right from the design stage through to handover was stress free and constantly kept up to date with progress throughout the build, I could not recommend them enough, they would have to be the best custom home builder on the coast in my opinion and I’ll continue to build with them into the future, so thank you Anita, Corrie, Cody and Joe you have made this dream a reality for our family.

We could not fault our build experience with J Co Constructions. As first time buyers it was a major learning process for us, but the the whole team at J Co were extremely friendly, supportive and more than willing to answer our 1000 questions!

Throughout the build, the team kept an open line of communication with us so we always knew what was happening and where things were up to. There were no hidden costs, and we did not feel stressed when the house started taking shape. Every time we walked through we were more impressed than the last. It's not often you hear people say they didn't have one drama when building their home, but that was reality for us! To top it off we got into our home earlier than we expected! We went with J Co Constructions for our house build in 2020/21. We appreciated the clearly defined list of inclusions as well as the "what you see is what you get" display home. The team was very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to quickly deal with any issues and kept us informed throughout the build. The whole process was relatively stress free. Very commendable, during a time where there was a crazy boom on construction and materials. Our biggest difficulty was choosing colours etc. However, seeing everything come together perfectly was exciting! Our house is amazing and we would definitely build again with J Co Constructions.

We recently completed an investment build with JCO Constructions and can't sing their praises highly enough.
Project managed by Cody, the entire process was a dream and without incident. Weekly photographic updates meant we could trust the JCO Constructions team implicitly. In fact, so seamless was construction that we only visited the site twice during the entire build and apart from minor variations, everything was as discussed with Joe and Anita in the planning phase. Some finishes even transcended our expectation!
A minor change of mailbox positioning and landscaping was met with the same professionalism and vision of a highly appealing turn-key result. So much so, that the home was rented out a mere week after handover.
We have built once before and can honestly say this experience was incomparable, such was the level of communication, care and commitment.

We first encountered JCo Constructions when we were making the move interstate from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast back in 2018.
We came across a lovely house with a layout/design that suited our family needs completely and we signed a lease sight unseen. We contacted the managing agent to find out who the builder was, and we were told it was JCo Constructions.
When it came time to build our own dream home, we knew JCo Constructions was the company who was going to build our forever home and fulfil all our dreams. We didn’t need to look any further.
Nothing was too much trouble and the attention to detail was far beyond any other builder we have ever encountered.
One of the things we loved most about building with the JCo team, was you are not just a contract number. With JCo, all the staff take the time to get to know you as a person, and not only are they building a house, they are building a relationship with you. They got to know us (even down to little quirky things).
One other point to make reference to, having just built during the COVID-19 Global Pandemic, is that Anita rang me personally to check on how we were feeling when this all came to a head in March 2020. We were just about to sign our life’s savings away and it was a scary thought with such uncertain times ahead for all. Anita reassured us that they were completely ready to build and had sufficient supplies in order to proceed. This gave a such great peace of mind, and therefore we had complete faith and trust in JCo.
Along through the process of the build, I was onsite regularly to check on the progress. It was exciting to see our plans coming together. Each week we received an email with the events that had taken place, along with detailed photos and a briefing as to what was happening next.
Every trade that was assigned to build our home (and there are many) had nothing but high praise for Joe and his team. No one had anything negative to say and they all agreed that they love working for him because of the high standards he has and how proud he is of each and every build. He is very hands on which is another reassuring factor. Anything that came up even as a minor issue, Joe was on top of it and would ring and check just to make sure we were all on the same page.
Building in a street full of other construction workers was a very messy and noisy situation for other existing households. We were often approached by neighbours advising just how respectful, polite and clean our builders were. No loud music, no swearing or rough talk. Other building sites had received complaints from my neighbours, but JCo had none of that.
So, if you want peace of mind and a home that is extremely well constructed with an easy, no fuss, personal experience, then look no further than JCo Constructions. You will be delighted you did!

J Co Constructions have built 3 awesome new homes for me in the last 2 years. Joe and his team are so approachable and deliver great quality homes with high spes.
