I'd like to start with I 100% recommend Colin and the team at the IT Shop Currimundi. Colin runs the shop with the beautiful old way of community and care come first and I absolutely LOVE that!

I have used the IT Shop for multiple things! Working from home as a Virtual Assistant on the Sunshine Coast Colin helped me get the tech I needed when I first set up my work space, they have repaired my mac laptop USB ports, updated software, helped me with bluetooth headphone issues and Jarrod has been incredible with helping me with my Macs wifi connectivity problems it's been having.

They're keeping my 2017 Mac going and I really appreciate a team that doesn't just say "You're going to need to buy a new one".

The best thing I love about the IT Shop Currimundi is although they are often crazy busy, if I am having an IT issue they will go above and beyond to help me so that I can continue to do my job. They aren't just IT experts, they're IT legends! Thanks team! I appreciate you!

What a quality local business. I came in with a laptop with an unresponsive touchpad midday on a Sunday and was thrilled to see my laptop was ready to be picked up the next day! The staff here were very friendly and took the time to explain what they would be testing. On top of that, just one $99 diagnostic fee upfront, no sneaky labour costs. I know who I'll be going to next time I have an IT problem!

These guys are absolutely amazing to deal with and very straightforward. They repaired our laptop, but felt they also went above and beyond! Great customer services. We will definitely use ITShop again in the future. Thank you

I had the power supply let go on my iMac recently and didn't want to fork out for a completely new machine, I tried the closest IT shop and they messed me around and then wanted to sell me a second hand machine or charge me a small fortune to "try" and fix it.

I decided to look around and found the IT Shop, Colin was super helpful from the get go.
Not only did they get the old machine up and running with a new power supply the price I was charged was less than half of the previous repair shop.

I took my old phone in and had all the data transferred and set up to my new OPPO.
There was a slight hiccup with the procedure but Colin and the team sorted out my problem.

Very knowledgeable bunch of guys. I was frustrated with how slow my computer was running that I was ready to have them build a new one for me. They had a look at mine first and recommended a couple of minor upgrades and now it's running super fast. Very honest in their approach.

Way better than King IT! Makes King IT Birtinya look like the AMATEURS and CON ARTISTS and POOR SERVICE PROVIDERS that they are.

I called Colin before the business had even opened. He was on his way to the store but took my call from his car. He said that one of his technicians would call by 9: 15 am. The technician called on time, dialed into my PC and resolved the problem within 20 minutes. The problem related to my Ricoh office machine which was not sending scanned images to destination email addresses. A few days prior I had consulted with the company that services my Ricoh office machine. Despite trying, their technician was unable to resolve the issue. I also spoke with Optus who were unable to resolve the issue. Well done and thanks to the ITShop!

This place is terrible for fixing things i got my ipad fixed not to long ago and the screen is already peeling off there are also holes in the screen along with many many many cracks

I visited the IT Shop with an urgent request for a new laptop charger. And was pleasantly surprised when they were able to help me (I'd already been to four other places who couldn't help me). The gentleman who served me was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I'm not a local but after chatting with him I'll be bringing my laptop back on my next visit in June for an much needed upgrade. Amazing service thanks so much.

Brilliant customer service from this IT shop, old fashioned customer care when I really required it - Went to the coast for work without my power cable for my laptop they were able to assist with this and also had the HDMI cable that I have been searching for. If you want quality friendly service this is the place to buy and service your IT products.

Courteous, knowledgeable and absolutely fair.
After a swim with my water proof iPhone x, it would not charge even I tried different charging cables and adapters. On Sunday, I called a few places up and decided to come to ITShop because its staff over the phone took times to explain the fixing process, pricing and even offer to open the phone up at no cost whilst another shop only said to bring it over and will open it up for $35. Wylei (sorry if spell it wrong) dropped his hand on another phone and take a look at my phone straightaway. He went through the diagnostic steps, asked questions and did a few checks. Very polite, friendly and informative. At the end, no water gets in (even got a compliment on how clean inside it is) and I got charged $0. It took less than 5 mins - so big appreciation for being fair and cool. Highly recommended.

I originally went else where, paid a lot more, had to return my phone 4 times, and the issue was never resolved and cost me money.
