Iron Strength is a great gym. Awesome set up and great equipment. Fantastic coaches and really lovely group of people that are super friendly supportive no matter what level you are at. Couldn't recommend this gym more to anyone looking to get into strength training and powerlifting

Really awesome gym. It has EVERYTHING you need, and I mean everything. There is not a style of training that you can't do here.
Elias is very friendly and helpful too and for the price, you really can't complain at all.

Accessed the gym while visiting Cairns for a week. Arranging the access was easy and very affordable. Excellent setup with plenty of racks, bars, weights, etc. Got through all through my training without any waiting. The team were extremely friendly and welcoming, as were the other gym members. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for an outstanding strength gym with excellent vibes and people.

Incredible gym amazing community and great environment.everyone really supports each other to be their best. If new or anxious the coaches support you so much and it’s more than just wanting your money it’s actually wanting to see and help you improve and make sure your comfortable. I was never a gym person until I came to Iron Strength. I always found it a chore to go and I was always so anxious that I would just avoid going most of the time. But since joining Iron Strength I go 3-5 times a week. They have created such a supportive and friendly environment and are always on the look out to make sure you are using correct form. Jacks and Elias are so welcoming and are always down for a chat aswell.

We, as a small team of cranky old men, came across to Iron Strength at the beginning of COVID, after our previous venue shut our small team out. We train religiously, very early, every work day, and as it turned out they did us a favour. We were accommodated with open arms. We absolutely love our new venue. The cleanliness and attention to detail of all the equipment is an absolute delight. Us old men also like the fact there are no mirrors in sight. Elias and Jacqui have a care factor of plus 100%. Great Family and team spirit atmosphere every time you train. Great incentive to start every work day.

What a fantastic place! We have taken our students here twice for excursions and the staff have been wonderful with comprehensive training and instruction.

In my 15 years of training at various gyms across the country, I am yet to train in a gym that is as client-focused or as supportive as Ironstrength. It is evident that the owners and staff are genuinely interested in helping people and put in the work to do this, which has rubbed off on many members and created an extremely positive training culture. Elias’ ability to help others to achieve their movement-related goals is clearly grounded in principles that have been distilled from years of earnest practice and ongoing learning. Members feel confident that they are receiving world-class advice and programming. I cannot recommend this small business highly enough.

The best gym! There should be an option to give this gym a sixth star. Coach E and Jacks are amazing humans, who provide FNQ with the best strength gym around. There is a wonderful community vibe, the whole place is always pristine clean and they literally have rows and rows of specialist equipment- it’s a powerlifting (or strongman/woman’s) haven!

Easily one of the best gyms in Australia. Full range of quality weightlifting equipment for either the novice or pro. Whether you’re a powerlifter or just after a general gym workout they’ve got you covered. Super friendly, and perfect large clean gym floor with huge cooling fans. Owner/coach is the nicest dude. The resident dog is super chill/cute and watches to make sure you don’t slack off haha
