We purchased an Entranced Firm Queen Mattress, and Louie was excellent. She answered all our questions and took the time to tell us about the beds, which would suit our needs. The Delivery service was excellent too, on time, careful delivery and take away of old mattress (we paid for this, but so worth it), Darren and his offsider (sorry, but didn't see his name) were very friendly and efficient. My new bed was delivered today, Joe and Cameron, the delivery men were punctual, fast and efficient. They made sure everything was out of there way before they carried my bed in, they even moved a dressing table for me. Loved their personalities and their humour. I ordered a King base with 4 built in drawers and a King medium feel mattress on Tuesday and recieved delivery the same week Thursday free, Julie from Springfield Lakes Beds R Us "what a champion" she helped us find what we were looking for and gave us a price that left previous quotes for dead.
Julie from Furniture Court knows everything about the stock she is selling and is very truthful and has a real pleasent manner she doesn't try to push anything onto or at you.
Delivery Guys were freindly, prompt and efficient they called us prior to arriving and set up the King frame and base.

My experience with furniture court Ipswich has been hassle free and very satisfying.staff were extremely helpful in the process of selecting purchases, delivery, communication. With the intention of purchasing one or two products the service offered to us by Mark and his staff was exceptional and therefore we made three rather large purchases with complete satisfaction.we would highly recommend the staff, store and the delivery men who delivered all products without complaint even with having to carry multiple heavy items up flights of stairs for our satisfaction.
