Madi and Nateesha were full of attitude, rolling their eyes and showing no patience to the young kids that were part of a birthday party held at iplay. Very unimpressed. Customer service was appalling.

Staff are always happy and approachable. Great kid friendly family fun however the price of the games and the bowling is a lot for a larger family. Clean inside and easily accessible for wheelchairs.

Pleasant and friendly staff, very helpful and accommodating with people who have disabilities.

Doesn't have Wangan Midnight.
It's just disappointing that I have to go to redbank just to play it.

It was a great iplay clean and great stuff and the prices are not to bad. Like 3 of us played for 50 minutes for about $55

Ipswich Iplay you were outstanding. Mount Crosby OSHC brought 112 children to enjoy arcade games and bowling. The service and support from the staff throughout the morning was fantastic. We will be back again soon.

IPlay were very accommodating and easy to work with right from the start. There team made everything run smoothly on the day and the kids loved it!

Just went and played bowling at this place and couldn’t believe how i was treated as what i was bowling the score was not reflecting the pins i put down, I complained and they sent security on me because I asked for my money back which they couldn’t do. Do not recommend this place as they just take your money and don’t deliver what you pay for!

Simply purchase a pre paid swipe card and off they go.
No need for a pocket full of change.

Fun place for the kids, van win tickets to get prizes or just play games or even do some bowling. A little expensive and the prizes aren't great but kids love it for a treat.

The bowling alley is good quality however with only 8 lanes it can be a bit cramped and you'll likely have to book ahead of time. The Arcade is also only pretty generic. It's got some good games but overall it lacks a larger variety of games that you would get in a bigger and or better arcade however this place is basically the only one in Ipswich so for now it's good enough. If you can make the drive though, I would recommend you go somewhere better but this will do for basic local stuff. Overall it's just decent, nothing special.

Good place to hang around with family and friends. Bowling was always fun with some light alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages and quick foods to enjoy.

I went with a friend for two games of bowling on a weekday. They suggested that we could have unlimited bowling until 5pm for the price of two games! I love offers like this. Makes me more inclined to come back in the future.

If I could give half a star I would prices are way to expensive for bowling I definitely won't be bringing the family

Thanks for letting us have fun the children really liked all the games. Was I invited to birthday party and got a hour on games and bowling.

The game card for the hour only had 200 tickets on it and when U play the games and win like 200 tickets they don't get out on to Ur card I recommend U put money on the cards and so at the end the children get a better prize then Lollie showbags/ that wot there little teeth away maybe colour book stickers books things that they can learn with. Anyway I really appreciate that Ur open and let us all had a ball of a time thanks. Iplay staff.

The staff were very clean always wiping down chairs around the games Buttons and the placitic and glass were we all put our hands the stores was dust free also. Very nice to nice, thanks covid for making us keeps all shops clean.

The Only Arcade Near Ipswich CBD, I Love It here because I can finally experience entertainment in Riverlink, alongside Limelight Cinema. The Bowling Ally Can Support Single Players, as well as massive families. All the arcades are interactive, not just by button smashing. Best Of All, 70 mins of arcade playing cost only $29 dollars! Only Downfall, there isn't a lot of classic arcade machines such as Pac Man and Donkey Kong. But other than that, i love it here!
