I had to write a review to say what an incredible asset Jenta is to this establishment. She patiently and kindly explained all the deals, taught the children that were in my care how to play multiple games, she joked around with them, Immediately fixed a problem we had with one of the machines. She was incredibly patient and helpful whilst they chose their prizes and an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was amazing, cannot say thank you enough!:)

Staff were shocking didn't explain how to use your tickets very well seemed disinterested in any sort of communication.
Lots of games out of order very disappointing.
Only positive was kids had fun.

Look, that are here to take your money. Scanned a couple of games, and they just took my credit. Kids had fun, but it's not cheap fun.

Good location with a major shopping centre however, overall too small in area gave a very cramped experience. Multiple games were out of order. On buying passed based on time, the details on how tickets were won were not detailed, which made the overall experience poor

Little ones love this place. Would give five stars but a fair few machines were put off order last visit

Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Always very accommodating when I have an issue with our playcard or with purchases I've accidentally made. My husband also won a gopro from the stackers game a couple of years ago, only place that I've actually seen people win big prizes. Owner/manager seems like a good bloke. We are regulars, my boys love it there we go at least once or twice a month.

Great place to take the kids, play airhockey, shoot some basketballs drive some race cars!

We had a birthday party at I play. The tables were set up beautifully, the staff were excited foe the kids to get their cards and if they needed, the staff were able to explain how games worked for them. The food was great and especially having baskin robins- the I ecream birthday cake was the best. Highly recommended to everyone I know. Great atmosphere and staff love their jobs cause they are happy. Well done iplay cairns

Lots of nice games and the prizes are pretty decent. You can also get scooped ice cream inside. Definitely worth a visit:)

Decent variety of toy prizes available, although a few machines were conveniently freezing after taking swiped funds. Missing balls on bowling machines and missing hammer on smash the croc machine!

I came in on Friday, never been before and the lady behind the counter was so incredibly helpful. She was so kind and explained everything so well, a real good worker. She said her name is grace, hope she gets a pat on the back. Really fun place!

Great fun! My boys aged 3-9 love coming here. The younger ones share a 'time' based card which means it doesn't matter if they don't know how to play well. The reason I give 3 stars is that it is a shame they don't have better quality & bigger selection of prizes especially with the higher point scores. If they focused a bit more on providing quality games & toys rather than making more money they would get 5 stars.

The kids had a ball evem the big kids lol meaning myself great way to use up an afternoon for the kids

Rude staff, scammed out of points with some poor excuse and $26 out of pocket, Might pop in to Timezone next time this was a disappointment.

Have been a few times to iplay and it is very clean. Have a great choice of prizes for kids and adults. Staff are always smiling and friendly. Rare to find that in Cairns great job guys will definitely be back

The kids love it, but they don't have to pay. Take from that whatever you wish - It's expensive, there, I've done the thinking for you.

Took kids out for the day. The staff were happy and helpful, explained all the deals and packs. (Packs come with preloaded tickets)
We wanted to win our own tickets so we loaded the $50 deal that gives you $80 to use.
Thanks to the staff at iPlay Cairns, we had a great time.

A great place to take the kids on rainy days.

Staff were helpful and very clean establishment.
