On Saturday I went with my partner and did the $20 arcade package which includes red and yellow games. It was really fun and enjoyed it lots and we are in our 30s. But there was alot of games broken and some missing balls and things to go with the games which was quite upsetting. Otherwise was great fun and will be going back again and as the time went too quick I will do the 70minute one next time as plenty of games to choose from.

Terrible customer service. Was waiting in line to buy snacks at the snack bar- was totally unmanned. 30 minutes later still nothing. Totally understaffed for a busy place. They absolutely need more staff - it’s always the case that staff are run off their feet. Invest in customer service.

Tonight we went to Iplay after a Movie and Dinner, we had 4200 Points on our Card. When looking at the Prizes my Daughter who is 10 saw a Unicorn Lamp which was Ticketed at 2200 Points. The Stuff got a new Lamp for our Daughter and it was on the Counter, she scanned it and said she needed to get a piece of paper. Then she came back and said to us “I am really sorry but you can not have it because it is worth 6000 Points and the Manger cannot honour the 2000 Points. ” At that point we had to leave as our Daughter was getting upset. My Partner took the kids for IceCream and I confronted the Manger about the Issue and yet she still would not Honour those Point’s.my Daughter was bawling her eyes out. Both manager and stuff are incompetent of doing their job correctly, we have spent a lot of time there and we are not going back. As far I am concerned it was their mistake and they should own up to it and should have honoured it. Instead we got a 20% Discount, not happy at all they should be
Disgusted in them. As a manager, it is her job to make sure that the point cards for prizes are correct. If she had have checked the ticketed points for the prizes so this would not have happened. Do your Job Correctly in the First Place.

Arrived before 5pm on a Monday, lady at counter took a little while to process the high ropes she put it all through and i paid $75 for my partner and 2 kids to do it. Went over to the high ropes part to get harnesses on got there at 5: 05pm and the guy told us because it was past 5 we would have to wait until 6, i asked why as it was only 5 minutes past and we were actually here with time to spare but it took too long to process at the counter. Guy said that its just there policy and that he can’t do it I explained I didn’t care if our time was cut short even but he said it’s not up to him he is just following the rules…. There was literally no one in there it was 5pm on a Monday he obviously just couldn’t be bothered rigging up and doing his job. They lost $75 over 5 minutes….

Perfect for a night out with family especially with young kids who need to exert all their energy

This iPlay has a variety of "extra" things to do such as rock climbing and high ropes activities. Unfortunately, as is the case with most iPlays, there are broken games/out of order games which reduces the variety. We have also found there to be less interesting options in the "prize section" for those who choose the packs with a ticket limit. Not a bad way to burn an hour or so.

This place looks amazing. Just walked around today, but will return and try. The climbing and ropes looks fun for $20

We love iplay wonderful day spent with the kids. Fun affordable day out wasn't overly busy during the day either.

Definitely wont be back a waste of money, machines wouldn't count the credits and most of then are out of order! If you want to have a great day out go to the hyperdome play as they do amazing credits and $1 games.
Highly disappointed

Machines don’t have balls, 80% of stuff is out of order. Pretty much wasted my money on things that don’t work. Terrible experience.

Great place to take your kids, not just an arcade. The staff was friendly and the kids had a ball!

Very Busy, Alot of rude kids everywhere, knocked over old woman in lift and laughed about it, no respect these days. Some machines don't work and just consume credits. Friendly and helpful staff and great prize choices.

So much to do here! Arcade, birthday parties, climbing adventure obstacle courses, dodgem cars it is a favourite thing we do.

If it could be lower it would be. A way to massive selection of games either did not work, didn't have all the items for you to play with or were just completely out of order or malfunctioned, too many so for an arcade which really put a dampener on the night. Though looking through reviews this seems to be almost an 11 month or more old issue. Unfortunately wouldn't recommend this place for a hangout until some serious changes happen. Money better spent at Harbour Town or Timezone.

Been to iplay a few times and games and machines are always broken. The swipe card with game credits seem to often take your money but doesn't start the game. This happened multiple times. The lines to be served are extremely long when staff appear to be chatting amount themselves around the store instead of getting in to assist at the registers. Could be great entertainment store but needs a lot of improvements.

Enjoyed time with family here, mainly caters for young children. More than 5 games were out of order, but you would find out after you already scanned your card and the money came off which is not good. Ordered hot chips but received the wrong order then they forgot about our order so had to remind them.
Would be fun for kids birthday party’s.

Awesome arcade machines and adventure playground, they also have tenpin bowling and dodgem cars lots of prizes to win through ticket machines, they're also licensed I enjoyed a nice beer great place can't wait for Iplay to come to my area at Morayfield.

Love this place from clip n climb to the ropes course, bumper cars and arcade games it’s a great way to keep the kids busy on a rainy day! They do a great deal $26 for 75 minutes of play:)

Really big with alot of things to let you and the kids go all out playing games climbing walls, bumper karts, bowling alot of fun.

Our host Donna was amazing! Thank you for helping with my daughters birthday on Saturday. She had the best time.
