Campbell at the Domain, Townsville Intersport store was EXTREMELY helpful and very patient.even with my husband being picky about his selection of shoe. Absolutely stoked with the customer service from this young man.
Rude had shoes on for 5 minutes found out they were too small as I did not get a lot of help to find them and was told I was not allowed to return them and staff are stuck up
Had what I want but the staff was rude and not very helpful with my smaller children
Only stopped with daughter to get school shoes for granddaughters had what we needed large shop lots of cheap items n a few expensive shoes, about average, service wasn't good had to do the fitting ourselves.
Refused to return my shoes less than 24hr later. Where iv taken shoes back to others stores No hassle. I was even told i could bring back of they didn't feel right when I bought them!
Because I have to buy special shoes for major back injury, so some shoes hurt my back n heals, but that's just my opinion
