I don't even want to give a star but to write this review I had to give one star.
From the time me, my brother, and niece walked in you followed us around. Every turn we took you appeared. My brother tried on hats and you were so quick to say "I'll leave it on the counter when your ready".
I believe your names Suzie (old lady). You're so lucky my niece was there and I was smiling and biting my tongue. You had other people walk in but you didn't bother with them. Maybe try a bit harder to pretend you're not following us around the store.
If you're a person of colour GOOD LUCK this store has a Karen.

Would rather stand behind the counter and look at you! Was looking at a home gym, just cost you a sale, sorry, no interest in having to chase sales people,

Easy to locate the footballs I was looking and the price was reduced if you become a member and you don't need to leave an email.

I’m not an expert on running shoes hence I came here to get some advice and buy a new pair of running shoes. I did specifically state I have flat feet and my feet required support whilst running. I was given a pair of running shoes which at first felt great but I was not provided any feet measurements and took the advice from the sales person the shoes would be adequate.later on the day when it came to my running routine the running shoes did not provide adequate support. Went to rebel sport in cairns central and they were thorough with my requirements and provided me a new pair of running shoes.

I recommend it for the attention they provide to the client. You can tell they know what they are talking about and they are very nice. In terms of material they have a sufficient selection to leave the shop perfectly equipped.

Keagan and Angus gave wonderful customer service with a range of knowledge and products, didnt try to upsell us at all just tol us the facts and were very informative.ended up getting the expensive ones but couldnt be happier.

One of the biggest and new sports shop in Cairns. Price is same to other shop. Nothing special about them. Can also buy sports foot wear, gym, sports cloths, balls and all sort if sport and gym related stuffs

Very good staff let down a bit with stock not having the smaller sizes and having to wait 4 weeks for some stock. Should have had stock for starting of NRL season.

You pretty consistently get great customer service that is very personal. Haven't had a bad experience visiting this place yet. The prices are good and they have a very good range of products in a variety of areas.

Went here to purchase school uniforms onky to be told they were actually old uniforms and not part of the uniform anymore. Was very inconvenient. Despite this the customer service was great buy new joggers
