A big shout out to Jose for his amazing service today. I took my young grandson to buy a pair of pink footy boots and, although we didn't have any luck in store, we were very impressed with the effort from Jose to try and source a pair for him or, alternatively, order a pair in another colour. Thank you Jose, we appreciated it!

The store was clean, tidy & well presented. Great location on the main road. Went in with my nearly 70yr old hubby to buy him a pair of white leather upper joggers. Andre was such a helpful young man who showed good people skills with us oldies. Then at the service counter young Emma was such a delightful young lady who tolerated with such grace all of my husbands dry humour. Both are an asset to this store. Will return in about another 5+ years when we are in need of another pair of joggers.

Had a fella called Reade help us buy footy boots and he really knew his stuff and was very helpful and happy

The service could be defently better, l should be just as important buying addidas slides as the person buying the $300 running shoes, but l felt like this bloke couldn't get away fast enough, no "is there anything else l can help you with" it annoys me no end when you ask for simthing and without looking they just say no we don't have those. I'm disabled and use a crutch and am in a lot of pain walking. I should have been given a seat and the worker should have had a look for the singlets l was requesting, oh that's right he had already left so l got no help. Pretty slack especially when l often spend a few hundred dollars when l go to a sports shop. Bad service.

Got served by cassidy yesterday. Friendly. Well priced Ana went out of there way to order the colors we wanted

The staff here are always so polite & friendly, they always ask how you are & provide excellent customer service, including staying back after close to help customers who are still making decisions on a purchase.

Tried to call at 6 pm, no answer. No message on answering machine. Went there at 6: 30 pm to find Intersport closed. When opening times searched it says open to 7pm. Very sad that I am not the only one disappointed with opening time confusion.

The stuff is amazingly friendly. I purchased my new running shoes about a month ago and I am happy with them. The stuff also takes a lot of time for guidance.
The store is large and has a huge selection of everything considering sporting goods.

VERY POOR SERVICE.staff are rude and abrubpt when you pull them away from playing ball games with each other at the back of the store. 5 or 6 male staff. Rude when you decide to to ask a question.
Highly discusted. I will not be goin back.

Went there at 3.30pm on Sunday, was to be open until 4pm and was shut at 3.30. Oh well opposition gets the few hundred I was going to spend.
