Massive shop. Not alot female selections. Plenty of shoes. Customer service. Is good. Friendly helpful. Range is wide not I'm female a though. Price is ok. Would say it's. Cheaper than anywhere else.store is kind of. Messy on its layout. Kinda don't know where or what your looking at cause your in one section. And next step your somewhere else. Just a bit of organising on sections or gatergories would be super. Helpful to find what you need otherwise. It's not a bad. Shop to look at

Horrible customer service. I wasn't approached by staff at all to see if I needed any help. 4 staff members were all too busy talking about customers to do there job. I will not be back.

Went there to buy some new shoes.
Before long I’m being circled by a young man who works there, he’s eyeing me off and speaking through his earpiece about me to another staff member, like he’s James Bond and I’m a diamond thief. When I made eye contact with him, he storms over to me and very abruptly and rudely says “How can I help! ” like he’s a bouncer about to throw me out of a nightclub.
Made the shoe shopping experience very awkward. Before long I was heading for the door, without new shoes, wondering if this guy was going to follow me out and pat me down or perform a citizens arrest on me, or plant a bug on my car.

I popped in very late in the day wanting to get some socks and squash stuff. The shop assistant came straight to me and offered to help. I was out in 5 minutes. Exactly what I wanted!

Staff are always really helpful. Time it right with sales and you can get some good deals on their wide range of gear. They support local sporting clubs too, so support the supporters!

Went to get some new sandshoes. They are currently having a clearance sale (at least on the men's side anyway).

I was only looking at the clearance pallets for maybe a minute or to before I was asked if they could help. The approach by the shop assistant was good, in that, it didn't startle or pressure me.

I told him what I was after and we estimated the shoe size and got down to business. I hadn't brought a pair of socks with me but they kept a basket full of various socks (washed daily) for trial fittings.

Fitting and putting on shoes with attendant trial walk and stamp took about 2 minutes max.

Cash register attendant was prompt as well.

I was there at around 1450hr to 1500hr on a Monday afternoon and the store was not that busy, but there were plenty of shop staff around to get quick service.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. I have had one or two issues in the past with proactive service (staff not being attentive and having to hunt down assistance) but it seems to have improved dramatically. Good range of products and good sales and deals generally on offer. Beats Rebel and Amart hands down.

Lots of good gear at fair prices, got the feeling though that they have trouble with shop lifters as we were followed to the point that it became uncomfortable.

Really impressed with the variety of products, the knowledge and customer service we received. Highly recommend this store.
