100% the absolute best gym I've ever had the honour and pleasure to train at.

Due to my work I have moved around the country and been able to train at over 15+ MMA, Muay Thai, and BJJ gyms over the last 10 years, and by FAR Integrated MMA has honestly been the best gym I've been to.

The staff are always extremely friendly, the coaches are highly educated and professional in their respective practices and above all the people who train here are both respectful of each other and genuine in their training.

I have been training here for 6 months now and unfortunately need to move again to a different area a few hours away, however despite this I will be making the effort to train here with these guys atleast once a month because they are genuinely the best of the best.

It doesn't matter if you're new or experienced, integrated MMA is the place to choose.

Thank you Adrian and the coaching team for an extremely enjoyable and educational 6 months, I look forward to seeing you all again when I can.

Best investment to myself! I was lost with my gym career, I felt that I hit a plateau in my life and felt that I wouldn’t be better as a person. Integrated MMA opened my eyes to new possibilities. Being able to defend yourself and get out of dangerous situations are prioritised here. Your coaches and your gym mates push you to become better. The gym strives for excellence and discipline in all areas of your life. It also helped become a better version of myself. Coaches are willing to teach you 1 on 1 if you are with technique and moves. Definitely come and try this gym and you won’t regret being part of Integrated MMA. We are a family who look after each inside and outside of the gym.

I have been training at integrated for around 2 years. The coaching staff are professional, generous and friendly.
There are classes for everyone, regardless of fitness, age, gender or ability. The environment isn’t at all intimidating.

Wether you’re a teenager and you need a direction for all that energy or you’re a house wife and your husband puts all his dirty clothes next to the laundry basket but not quite in it. Integrated MMA has the solution for you.

Adrian is a world class fighter and world class coach. Battle tested yet humble and willing to donate his time to all students regardless of experience.

Coaches Greg, Nelson and Jordan are highly skilled, fantastic instructors and again, welcome new comers taking the time to teach all levels.

Hannah on the desk is polite, friendly, welcoming and professional.

If you ever thought of giving this kind of training a try then this is the gym for you.

Coming from a Muay Thai background few years ago back in France where the gym was mainly focusing on their elite members rather than the overall well being of the group as a whole, I must say that Integrated MMA is all about the “Mamba Mentality “ and cannot thank everyone for the level of support they provide!

The reason I'm giving 5 stars is because of the value, very affordable for its professionalism and quality. Obviously the moves in Jiu jitsu weren't special or different from other gyms but the way the techniques were explained in detail was impressive, I really like how Nelson went into details on the little pointers and tips and overall coaching from all the coaches was great. I trained there for about a year and a half roughly and never had a issue with anyone especially me being a guy that tends to piss people off easily they were extremely patient with my personality. For so many talented guys in one room you'd be surprised by how humble these guys were, overall great experience

Would give 6 stars if I could. I have been training here on again off again for about two years now and I have learnt so much at Integrated MMA in that time. The coaches are all great, no nonsense, no ego, and all are extremely capable / talented Martial artists themselves, they walk the walk. Also, top notch facilities / equipment and very affordable membership. Head coach Adrian and the rest of the team have created a great environment for anyone of any ability looking to train in Mixed Martial Arts.

What a excellent gym. I have been training here for the past week and this gym has far exceeded my expectations.
Having no martial arts background and coming from a strictly powerlifting gym for the past 6 years integrated has been exceptionally friendly as well as understanding to different skill levels.
The whole group of coaches that work out of there are very knowledgeable. They actually genuinely care about your progression.
I have had a 1 on 1 session with Toby Meech and cannot recommend him highly enough. A genuinely nice guy who has a great teaching style with a wealth of knowledge.

Overall the gym has a lot of members but feels like a big family of people who look out for each other.

This gym feels as much as a family as it does a professional mma gym. Many other gyms will only care about taking your money but you can genuinely tell that all the coaches here are passionate and wanting to help and assist every single person.
It doesn’t take many sessions to realise that this gym is the best in the country for all sorts of reasons.

I have been training/fighting Muay Thai and Boxing since my late teens and then MMA/BJJ for the last 15 years. In that time I've had the opportunity to train in a number of gyms around Australia and the world and can say with absolute honesty that Integrate is hands-down the best gym I've trained at. The facilities are excellent, the people are friendly and welcoming, there's always LOADS of different size, weight and calibre people to train/spar with, and Adrian and the rest of the coaching staff are truly exceptional - friendly, knowledgeable, and always 100% engaged with the people they're training.

This gym caters to beginners to professional fighters and has several highly trained and knowledgeable coaches who are attentive and have a wealth of knowledge which they share on a daily basis to students. A friendly atmosphere with no egos - a perfect place to begin and continue to train in MMA.

Super friendly gym with coaches that have a wealth of knowledge. If you're interested in becoming a fighter IMMA has a strong history of champions or if you just want to get fit this is also a perfect place for it.

Welcoming and friendly team I would Highly recommend Intergrated MMA. Having trained with the same team in the UK for 9 years and in different training centres. I was a bit apprehensive about training anywhere different, I felt welcomed at integrated from the first time i walked through the door. An elite level MMA competitor and Head coach Adrian Pang and coaches Grego, Dan, Marty and Nelson have a huge depth to experience and knowledge, they always make time to answer any questions. Their fight team is world class in terms of ability and class, very friendly to new members like myself and all very passionate about training. It’s very rare you find a fight gym that has close knit group of people all very loyal to their club. On top of the great coaching available it also has a gym, cage, ring and huge high quality mat area. You couldn’t ask for a better well rounded training facility. I’m proud to call Integrated MMA my new home and look forward to representing them in competition.

One of the best places to be, taught me so much and i would recommend to anyone looking for a place to learn martial arts.
