Had a large order delivered 2 days ago. Meat was not fresh at all, smelt rotten. Dogs put there nose up at it which is not like my dogs at all. One dog ate a small amount which has been sick and diarrhea since. Emailed the store and have had no response at all. Won't order from them again.

We have a English Staffy puppy join our family. We were recommended to go to Instincto shop at Capalaba. I am so grateful for that. Not only did I learn what I was feeding our girl was not suitable but also could be harmful. Brendan was so knowledgeable and helpful. He calculated how much she should be eating, her diet and how often. His generosity and kindness was out of this world. He took his time with us even though we stayed past closing time. I cannot recommend him and his shop enough. If you care about your fur babies go see Brendan, he’s the man.
