Inspire Education reviews
87Worst education institution. They are been in liquidation and I never got back my money. This is a scam.
Worst institute ever dealt with. Very unprofessional service. Gone into liquidation and still waiting to receive my certificate. Phone numbers are not working, cannot contact via emails. So disappointing. Countless number of hours, unpaid 100 hours of job placement, huge amount of work throughout one whole year. Such a waste of time and money.
Inspire Education is not qualified to educate people on disability. It does not want to find work placement for students fully knowing that students by themselves would not be able to find work placement on their own. Especially when one has not worked in the industry before and are not aware of how the system works. Without the institution's support I struggled without success. I had to do the same course again with a reliable educator. Now I am working. That is a failure in the system. I paid to study Individual Support in 2018/19 not in part but the institution refused to send me with a supporting document or just taking a phone and connecting with providers that were more than willing to help if only Inspire could talk to them.
I ended up with a transcript of subjects done instead of a certificate. They need to stop playing with people's lives and time get on the job that you profess to do. You have failed me at the time I trusted you with my future. That is very bad. Taking money from people knowing that they will not be able to complete and you continue by year without improvement. That is out of character indeed. Would you please have a conscience?
Have gone into liquidation and abandoned all legal obligations to issue students with statements of attainment or refunds for courses not completed.
This is the worst trainings experience I have ever had, always communicating delay. You will never have your trainer’s contact, not even a work email. They won’t get back two you two three days later because they are all working in overseas. Huge amount of paper works even you are doing the similar job with certificate upgrade. I submitted all my works now I can’t contact them either email or phone for two weeks.
If you thinking to do a certificate upgrade go somewhere else.
Just read here they went into liquidation how do we go from here. Submitted all the assignments how to get certificate. Does anyone know whom we contact in this case.
Inspire Education has given me the skills and knowledge I need to pursue my career. It's just great being a student at Inspire education with the various experiences I have acquired throughout my studies.
I enrolled one of my staff members in to one of their courses and paid in full. Since after the payment no communication what so ever. I tried a number of times and sent emails. But no response. I just contacted the Regulator who informed me that the organization is closed. But that is not what is said in the phone message. Regulator's website still showing that the organisation is still in operation. Consumers, please be aware.
I did my cert IV tae through inspire and unfortunately was the biggest waste of time and money. During breaks, my class mates and I were confused on the learning material. The lessons where vague, the instructor seemed disinterested. We were all under the assumption on completion at the end of the week we were done.but unbeknownst to us we had only completed half the course and the rest was online. I felt like I learnt nothing and redid the course through Pinnacle training. I HAD ambitions to unskill further through inspire but after that debarkle, I recommend avoiding.
It was good learning experience though the course was overwhelming at the end but it was worth while doing it. The course Certificate -3 in Education support covers all the details and subject matter. Trainers were helpful and support was provided timely.
Where's my certificate? I finished the course and now people are saying you've gone into liquidation. Cool!
Great delivery! Intensive but achievable! I did the 4 week intensive online Cert IV in Training & Education.
I am a mature aged student and only really struggled with technology. My trainer Alan was great to work with, he was fun and extremely helpful. Lots of help and support from the entire team. Highly recommend the online course!
Best online courses delivered. Very supportive admin and examiners. Very well looked after. I have referred few friends and they are very happy to deal with inspire education too.
Would not recommend online study through Inspire Education.
Had booked 2 trainer phone appointments and was stood up both times. Course structure is quite confusing and the hoops you need to jump through for RPL are ridiculous.may as well just do the assignment/s.
I just completed a different course through TAFE NSW and that was such a positive experience in comparison. I have given up on Inspire and am thinking of re-enrolling in the same course through TAFE.
Quick to sign you up and take your cash, but after that, it’s a downhill ride unfortunately.
Hello
I Studied diploma of early childhood education, it’s pretty hard work, assignments took long time as it cover all aspects of the subject plus case studies but my mentor and trainers are very very helpful and happy to guide u through it all, its pretty easy to communicate trough writing or phone call, definitely happy with my experience with inspire education and highly recommending their service.
Wasn’t aware my course was going to be cut short a whole 5 months instead of a full 12 month course. Company is not willing to give refund or even partial refund. Had not spoken to anyone prior to beginning the course. And had limited time to purchase to get a few hundred off the course. Will not be recommending this company to anyone. Over $1000 wasted
I did a Certif IV in TAE. The content of the course was accurate and accessible. I did it online, and I found that the webinars were super useful, excellent support there. Trainers were always very polite and assertive when answering my questions. The only constructive suggestion I would make is to allow more available time slots for students to contact the lecturers, as sometimes I had to wait too long for those appointments that were required to finish my assessments. But, other than that, a great experience!
I studied diploma in early childhood education.
I had the best learning experience with inspire education. They have highly qualified trainers. I would recommend to join inspire Education. Students will achieve their life goals.
The learning guide and workbook provide essential information that the learner need to learn, clear instructions and examples, and guideline that make the learner easily understand the content of the course. The trainers are really friendly and helpful.
I found the trainers to unskilled, sending out scripted replies, which didn't help to clarify the needs. Waiting 1-2 weeks to speak to a trainer is not helpful. By the time you do finally get to speak to someone you don't even remember what you wanted to say.
The video lessons, were power points which were just read off with no elaboration or teaching. I cut my losses and went to BLUEPRINT CAREER DEVELOPMENT Achieved more in 1 day with them than a year at Inspire!
