Called in at Yeppoon shop for paint and advice. Super friendly lady served me, sorry didn't catch your name, but she was very helpful, got me sorted out and even carried my tins to my car. That's service!

Good products accompanied by a good knowledge of products and application. Never experienced any bad service in all the times I have purchased products from this store.

I recently had a few painting projects on the go and popped into the local Inspirations paint store, I haven't painted for years and needed an update on products and applications, I was greeted by Anwen who was a wealth of knowledge and advice, she quickly pointed me to everything I needed and offered various options.

I don't usually give bad reports on a store I understand that they have a job to do but the lady that was behind the counter ignored me after I started to speak, guess it was the Yankee accent cause after that she shoved my request to have a look and see if they had a colour still available, the young man was very helpful but she was being rude saying " we prolly don't have that color of paint in this store anymore "to top off she didn't even see if they had it she made the young man find out running him back and forth. She turned to a Australian couple and was chatting away with them like she was having tea and a bikki with them, she never once tried to find the swatch of paint I was looking for: (I have been a permanent resident of Yeppoon for 10 years never have I seen such what I now see was discrimination against me. Maybe it was the accent? Or my American flag tote bag who knows I hope she knows I forgive her of her rudeness because I am a Christian. The young in man deserves a raise in pay in my opinion for getting my color of paint she said they did not have? Maybe he deserves the top job cause her customer service was horrible. Next time I will wear my Trump 2020 t shirt and bet you she will ignore me again some ozzies are discriminating against Americans that legitimately paid their way to become a citizen of this Country.

I have made a few minor purchases, as I'm working on a car interior, and always find the staff help me select the correct products with good humour.ill keep turning up.
