Inspirations Paint Oxenford

The original paint code for a1978 Yamaha DT125 was unobtainable, however Luke embraced the challenge of trying to replicate the original paint colour as close as possible to the original colour. Needless to say that the motorcycle had been parked under a tree in an open paddock for around 20 years of its former life so the original paint was very sun bleached and tarnished. Luke did a great job to supply paint to its original paint colour. Well done for your achievement, Luke. Thanks and best regards, Roy.

The lady who helped me yesterday was so lovely and helpful! She helped me pick a colour, and worked out the amount of paint I would need for my playhouse & made recommendations to ensure I get the best result from the products I’ve purchased. Needed to repaint area where old A/C Unit had been removed, went to Inspiration Paint at Oxenford, had a sample of the Paint (9 Years old) the Lady servicing me went to a lot of trouble to mix up a new 4 Litre Tin for me and
Reassured me if it wasn't right
I could return it so chances could be made to make it right.
Didn't have to take it back as it was a good match.
Nice to deal with people who actually know what they are doing.

Do yourself a favour and forget buying paint at Bunnings. At Inspirations Paint Oxenford my wife and I became regular customers after our first visit when we bought paint for our home. The team know just about everything about surface preparation and painting and really steered us in the right direction. To top it off everything you buy is recorded in your own personal file including all colours and tints, very handy if you need more down the track. Ine visit we bought a colour that when applied we really didn't like so we took it back and the manager was brilliant, he gave us his time to re-tint our paint to a colour we loved, no money wasted. Like i said give Bunnings a miss for paints, Inspirations is the same price or better and with super professional service.

They really know how there job/ painting. So helpful even with tricky out of the box jobs the staff work with you to get the job done at the best outcome possible

Very aweful customer service. They never have courage to do anything for you and are very rude. Nerang store is tge opposite. So, I always go there even though Oxenford is closer to me!

My husband was trying to match a tiny chip of paint, went to Bunnings first, they couldn’t help because the colour did not exist, suggested I try Inspirations Paint at Oxenford. I was assisted by Troy who after being shown photos and the tiny chip, he went through the books, I thought one was close but he thought he could find a better match, he moved the tiny chip over the paint squares until he found a good match. I was so glad Troy assisted me as he took the time and was very professional and helpful. Highly recommended.

Totally incompetent and unable to provide the most basic of paint. Then came up with the most idiotic of excuses and then charged me a second time for the correct paint. Go somewhere else for your paint needs

Excellent customer service. Kim matched an unopened tin from years ago and
Magically made it to match my current colour scheme. Was told by others it couldn’t be done. Offered great advice on gloss paints, rollers and preparation. All done with a happy interaction and fun with other staff members. A truly nice

If you’re rude, unfriendly and just generally miserable then you should apply for a job at this shop! Extremely frustrating service. Made to feel like a major inconvenience due to needing to colour match the paint I needed. Will not be back. I’d give no stars if possible!

Atrocious product knowledge I wasted 8 hours of my life with one of their recommended products only to find that it failed. They suggested another product that might work so I went to Bunnings got the right product fit the job. Dulux is always messing with formulas fir their paint so if it worked in the past there’s a high chance it’s been changed and doesn’t do the required job anymore
