Independent stores have more variety, better service and cheaper prices.

Don't waste your time.

I am back buying paint at Inspirations. Four years ago I painted inside and outside my house and am now onto fencing. The staff gave 10/10 service before when I painted the house, and now. You never have to waste a tin of paint. All instructions as to how to complete any painting job is given out freely by the staff. Thanks Inspirations. A Morcom

In preparation to have a full external house paint of my Queenslander in Windsor I visited this store on several occasions. I found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful in regard to choosing my house colours. The staff gave great service and assisted me to select a number of sample pots.
I left the store on each occasion feeling supported and extremely happy with the outstanding service provided by the staff.

I wanted a quality low sheen water based paint and Dulux Aquanamel was recommended. At $100 for 4litres it wasn't cheap but for a quality product I was happy to pay it.
UNFORTUNATELY it was impossible to use. I tried to paint a door with a roller then lay off with a brush. It had skinned almost immediately leaving a horrible irregular finish.
I wanted to finish the job so I sanded it and tried just using a brush.slightly better but similar result.
Sanded again and vacuumed up my $100.
On phoning I was told this paint is not good in hot climates. SO WHY SELL IT.
I have wasted my time not to mention money.

Having a paint consultant was really helpful in choosing colours. Rachel has such a wealth of knowledge and experience and went that extra mile in helping me to make decisions.

I got exceptional advice, service and price from two staff (on separate occasions) at Inspirations Newmarket that made a DIY full house interior job a great success. These appreciated more than jellybeans.

Spent 2k on paint and can't even slip me a can of jelly beans as I fall outside promo. Poor form and disappointed experience.
