5This place is the go to for any paint projects. Great range, great advice and more than happy to go the extra mile to help out customers. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Much better than the Dulux Trade Centre down the road.
We are in the third year of Covid and apparently they changed their opening times when that started but have still not bothered to change the times on their website or Google. And even if you arrive before 4.00 they still won't let you in as they leave before 4.00 and close down their system beforehand.
Today - the next day - I went again as I wanted to use my voucher and it was not too late yet and when I arrived before 3pm, they were already closed. So, the voucher is invalid now and I travelled twice some distance. I was mocked by someone who claimed to be the owner in case I would complain for expecting them to still be open at least until 4pm yesterday as they said they would but even left earlier than that. That old guy who wouldn't give his name just laughed at me. He could have at least apologised for being unwilling to serve me.
Friendly, helpful and personal service. Staff remembered my name and my preferences in shopping. Happy to drive a bit further for good service.
The owner was EXTREMELY rude to me, yelling for absolutely no reason.
