Inspirations Paint Bundaberg

Walked in to your store today to buy Dulux interior paint and not one stuff member acknowledged us or offered to help.
When we did find the section we were looking for you did not stock the paint base we were looking for.
We then purchased from Bunnings.
Not a great experience sadly that’s why the 1 star.
Won’t be coming back.
Sorry but your customer service needs looking at.

Very helpful guys. Know what they're talking about. Don't bother going to Bunnings unless you absolutely know what you want. I didn't!

Visited the inspiration paint shop at Bundaberg on 6/12/22 at 1120 am, and the customer service was completely non existent, myself and another customer were completely ignored by the one lady staff member in the shop, not even an acknowledgment or a smile or a quick, be with you shortly, just totally ignored while she chatted to someone else in the corner of the shop.
We left and went to the Bundaberg paint centre and was greeted immediately and served within minutes, I know were I’ll be going in the future.
The staff at Inspiration paint place Bundaberg needs some serious customer service training to say the least, why anyone would want to go to this shop and stand there to be totally ignored is beyond me.

Wouldn't touch the place with a ten foot pole since management changed. There is something about the shop that makes me feel like the elephant in the room.maybe it's the angry tradesmen that sits in the corner and stares at you while you are in store. Whole place is weird and uncomfortable. Luckily they aren't the only store that sells paint in town.

Each time I have been into the Bundaberg store, service by the team has been knowledgeable, friendly and polite. They can't help you enough, unlike the larger hardware stores.

Good advice. Even the young fella knows his stuff. Spent $200 and these guys were only $2 more than Bunnies.

I scored Rod and his team at Inspirations Bundaberg a top score of 10 in a recent survey, the reason for this is Rod and his staff always greet you with a friendly smile and don't mind doing that little extra that at times is unexpected.this is why I shop with Rod and his team and not at Bunnings. Rod and his team have always helped me with my paint enquiries and I have a few properties that always needs a fresh licko'paint so I tend to be a regular in the store at times.always asking for advice.

Great service from IPB and very friendly staff. Offered but advise and solution for my project. Won’t go anywhere else for paint, decking stain etc again. Check them out for yourself.

If you need paint or paint products go to Inspirations Paint in Bundaberg. They are very helpful, friendly and their prices on paint and accessories is very good.
