I received an immediate response when I asked a question about a product via email. Also, it took less than 24 hours from placing the order to receiving it.

The content of the email was concise and easy to understand, and the service was excellent.

A few months ago, I was looking for a chair for WFH, so I visited this showroom. The staff was nice and guided me through every chair, and at the end, I ended up buying a Herman Miller Embody chair. This chair is a BEAST, very comfortable, and supports my back really well. Highly recommend this place and their products. 10/10 overall.

Great service and went very smoothly! I was able to acquire my Herman Miller within 24 hours of order via pickup (which I didn't even think was possible). I initially had called LivingEdge up via a friend's recommendation but after 4 calls with no answer, I found out about Innerspace which is must closer to home as well and I am very glad I did. Bianca was of great help and assistance over the phone.

Picking up the chair went very smoothly too. Only thing was that we did measure the dimensions that were supplied on the website that the box would be (70cm x 70cm x 105cm) but it ended up being bigger than anticipated so we had to remove the chair out of the box to place in the car so I think the measurements may actually be a bit larger? Regardless, I am very happy with my new Herman MIller chair!

Emika is one of the nicest and pleasant sales person I've met. She has incredible knowledge in the different model features and answers every possible question with enthusiasm. We have 2 herman miller chairs already and I will continue to refer my friends/colleagues to drop by their showroom first.

I have purchased a couple of chairs (Herman Miller) from Innerspace & the chairs are not cheap, they are good quality so I'm hopeful that over many years the cost per year factor will make them great value. They are also comfortable. We have 3 Herman Miller Chairs 2 Sayl chairs & 1 Aeron chair

The sales were made online & handled by Alexander at Innerspace along with delivery

One chair a Sayl (black with arms) had a seat cushion problem so we contacted the company for warranty or refund
They instructed us that they would contact Herman Miller under warranty & let us know the outcome. They picked up the chair contacted Herman Miller & let us know that Herman Miller was going to replace it. As we had already bought another to replace it (impatience is not a virtue) they refunded our purchase in full.
I'm not one to hand out 5star ratings everyday but this was worthy

From order, including advice from Emika, to working out details with Alex, including him ensuring timely delivery, we have been very impressed with Innerspace especially operating amidst distressing Qld/NSW flood conditions. So far we are also impressed with the quality & ergonomic design of our Sayl chairs which Innerspace supplied at best price we could find. Thankyou:)

Absolutely fantastic in every way that counts. 10 out of 10 for product price and the very best, nicest people in the business. Love this place, so inspiring the showroom building and landscaping is very tasteful reflecting the quality products they supply. Great communication and support. Noting is a problem. These guys are my go to for office furnishings. I can highly recommend to all.

So very helpful and accommodating with complying with my requests and questions. Sorted myself a herman Miller sayl, including pickup, within an hour. Fantastic decor as well as free parking.

Good service. While the after-sale support may appear a little slow, it is sometimes the "fault" of the vendors who are slow to send parts. They do follow-up and make it work in the end. Much appreciated!

Had the best experience with InnerSpace. Barry and Rachel are both incredibly helpful, responsive and friendly. And the price on the Herman Miller chair I purchased was better than I could find anywhere else (and believe me, I tried). Can't recommend this company enough!
