Inna Essence

I’ve started my Reformer journey with a couple of private sessions with Andrea and Anna last year and couldn’t help myself fall in love with the studio and pilates!

I was a total beginner and had some health complications but had always been so well looked after by the instructors during the exercises.

I’m now glued to coming in a couple of days every week! Feels so great having a good stretch and getting those lazy muscles moving again.

Everyone is amazing here, very patient and knowledgeable. Can’t help recommend (x10000)

Andrea and Anna have one of the best studios I've ever been. I rent the studio twice to do my own workshops and Anna and Andrea have been super kind and attentive with me all the time. The space is clean, fresh and beautiful. The energy there is special. Thank you guys for your love and support!

The Intro Reformer class exceeded my expectations, offering a perfect blend of challenge and encouragement. The studio space was not only inviting but also exuded a calming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. Anna was incredibly knowledgeable, providing clear instructions and personalized guidance throughout the session.

Joined the barre Pilates for the first time and was welcomed to the studio by the friendly owners Anna and Andrea. They were so friendly and lovely.

For the class itself, the instructor Renee was so welcoming and attentive to each and every individual in the room. It was a child friendly class so it’s such a gem to find this 4 months post partum. It is a child friendly environment where you get to exercise, meet people, have baby play dates or simply enjoy time to yourself out and about.

In Inna Essence, I felt not just entering into a yoga studio but also a community where everyone is inclusive and welcomed. Based on my first experience I joined the membership right away

I joined a week ago and have already done 5 classes. The team at Inna Essence are wonderful. Instructors have been great and have ensured that as a newbie, I’m comfortable and doing the positions correctly. The studios has a wonderful feel and I met Andrea (one of the owners) and she made me feel so welcome. I’ve been looking for a studio that offers Pilates and Yoga for a while now and am really looking forward to continuing this journey at this beautiful studio. So easy to book classes through the app too!

I am so glad I found Inna Essence. The community they have created is so amazing and so welcoming. All the staff are incredible! And having child friendly classes has been a life saver as a new mum. Such a fun environment to get in some exercise for me and socialise for myself and my little bub!

I’ve only just joined and everyone here is absolutely amazing! They make everyone feel included and alter things to cater everyone’s needs. The girls are all round lovely people who make you feel comfortable and make you want to come back.

I not long ago asked for an extension of my 10-class purchase needing time to recover my tendonitis and they extended beyond my expectations promptly easing my mind and taking the pressure of me to return too early when I personally felt not ready.

Lovely studios and a very inviting space. The yoga/Pilates aids are great, clean and modern. Every instructor I’ve had has been friendly and professional. I’ve especially enjoyed the early morning yoga classes, super fun with Karen & Georgia. Looking forward to trying more classes.

Walking into this beautiful studio is like getting a comforting hug that you didn't realise you even needed. Anna and Andrea have created a haven of acceptance, warmth and welcoming, and have chosen all of their instructors carefully and with this in mind. We are spoilt for choice with the range of classes, with something to suit everyone no matter your ability or knowledge.
