Good place for the little ones to burn their extra energy and adults alike running after them

We had our son’s Birthday party there. Was so much fun. Kids enjoyed a lot. Staff was wonderful.

The place doesnt have much ambience. The kids under 5 section is useless because the older kids will still come and play and sadly the youndlger kids get hurt. I wish it was a bit cleaner too.

Came here with my kid and he definitely enjoyed it. It has a lot of options to play, and divided it for different age groups is very handy. Coffee was good and it’s a good place for holding kid’s birthday parties

Kids loved it but didn’t realise there was an under 5 area as no signage. There was an area which looked like for
Younger children but due to no signage all children were going in there. I was told on arrival I had to supervise the children and I asked if I can walk along side the castle and watch my child which she then just repeated “you need to supervise them”. When my child got hurt because of an older child falling on her she criticised me for not being on the jumping castle with them. She was quite rude. There was only 2 staff supervising for the whole centre and sometimes only one. Supervision was very poor. I suggest they improve both signage and supervision particularly of the rougher rides. Even the hoop shooting area was getting to rough for my older children.

Not only that there are many rides like the maze etc in the older kids area that are more than suitable for younger kids under 5 so maybe a better selection of rides in the under 5 area would be better.

Nice place for kids to burn energy and have fun. They have an under 5 section but not monitored and older kids go in as well.

We hosted an event for the Brisbane west's autism network here and the kids had so much sweaty bouncy fun! The team were lovely and made us feel super welcome

Went here for a birthday party, staff was alright except for this one bloke who yelled at us. We didnt get any food except cupcakes because wills mum was lied to and told that they wouldnt to buy food because the cupcakes would fill us up, they didn't and they were aight cupcakes. Truth be told the owner killed himself after that fateful day.

I had my son's 5th birthday party in here. This is one of my best event experiences. The staff really know what good customer service is. We arrived the venue about 15 min later than our booked time. The staff did not urge us at all. I sincerely appreciate for their understanding. Highly recommend to book two sessions. Kids can play in here for whole day.

Very fun, very friendly staff always happy to help in anyway, and plenty of ventilation and fans, so no overheating.

No air-conditioning on a hot day becomes a bit impossible to stay. Separate play areas as per ages groups are good. Perhaps the only attractive proposition is indoor cricket.

My son had so much fun on his bday. So much space, great service from staff, pricing great compared to other places. Will definitely go again.

Super busy on holidays, most small children. Large areas and variety of inflatable's. Food and snacks extremely expensive. Bring your own snacks

It is a good place for kids to spend some of their energy. If it is a fairly reasonable temperature outside then it is ok inside. I found staff quite nice and helpful. The bouncing activities are all great fun for 5 yrs olds. Plenty of parking too. I would definitely think we would be back but definitely not during hot days.

Edit: another hot day. Keep your fluids up in the place. Really really hot. All kids had pink cheeks and might not be able to move anymore from exhaustion and dehydration for the rest of the day.

Great multi sports facility. Food and coffee available from the Cafe. Inflatable World is great for the kids.

My kids love coming here. They are always worn out when we leave which allows for a great nights sleep. Just the bubbler wasn't working the one time we were there and that made for an unpleasant play.

I recently had my son’s 7th birthday party here. Fantastic pricing- $195 for 12 kids plus 4 adults (with the intention of them supervising). The kids had such a great time, barely spending any time at the table, only coming back occasionally for snacks and drinks. The staff were so friendly and nice when I had any questions- it really cemented my feelings about how happy I was to have held my son’s birthday here. Will definitely visit again.

We attended a birthday party here. It was a great venue and lots of jumping space for the kids to have a blast. My children loved it so much. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the young staff that don't really supervise the children all that well.

Its good and reasonable, but its only on weekends Saturday and sunday which is still good.kids enjoy a lot many stuffs to play and enjoy for KIDS.

Great time for the kids! Pretty decent cafe for a kids entertainment venue and licensed.
Recommend getting the adults entry also, always fun to jump!
