7A very good place for my son to train the instructors are the best and very good with kids can’t complain
We took our daughter to this place for roughly 6 months. We left their because I needed to move to Yeppoon for work. Our daughters confidence physical fitness and discipline improved so much. We enrolling to BJJ up here because my daughter is obsessed with BJJ now. Patrick and Tamikia a great instructor's. Firm but fair they know how to get the best out of kids.
Highly recommended. Martial arts for beginners can be intimidating. Pat made us feel safe and comfortable. They have different classes for kids, women & mixed. Ample parking. Definitely give them a go.
This place is very friendly and a respecting place. Patrick and Tamika are awesome instructors. The instructors are really skilled and inspirational. I love this place.
The people are so friendly and welcoming it's almost a shock when you remember you're there to learn how to choke people. Patrick is an excellent instructor and the atmosphere is always relaxed and fun.
