Very good and caring customer service. I bought a top and matching pants. As I assumed they matched due to picking the colour options. I got a email from Max notifying me that the top and pants were from another collection and that the colour wouldn't match, and if I wanted to opt for another option to ensure they matched. Most company wouldn't bother and would just ship it. So thank you!

My university referred me to this clothing store for university uniform. I called it yesterday about getting a uniform.

Arrived today, told they had no stock. Then I purchased one off the rack as had no offer option. Also didn’t tell me they required to be embroidered with the university logo.

Highly recommend infectious clothing for medical scrubs. I ordered a scrubs set and I couldn't believe how fast was their delivery, unfortunately I ordered a wrong size and I had to go through return and exchange process which was surprisingly easy and very quick and also free of charge. I am so happy with my order now and had a great experience with customer service.

Great customers service and products. Purchased 2 sets of Wonderwink 123 scrubs. Fabric is very nice and colours are beautiful - exactly as pictured. Much better quality than my other scrubs. Elastic in pants will stay flat instead of curling up. I used the sizing chart and they fit perfectly.

Excellent quality scrubs and customer service to match. I was very indecisive about sizing- I emailed Infectious Clothing Company to request a last minute size change which they did without hesitation. My scrubs are perfect, thank you!

I recently purchased beautiful royal blue scrubs that are so comfortable, and true to size. However the best part about infectious is there wonderful customer service! Tim was truely amazing!

Just a quick note to say thank you for the excellent customer service I received when I called about two items missing from my original order. This was then followed up with a call to let me know what action would be taken, expected delivery time and that a couple of small gifts would be included to say sorry for the original omission.

What a lovely surprise when I received the two items with the extra gifts (greatly appreciated), especially the reusable cup with a screw top lid. Impossible to count the times I have not put the lid on properly with the press-on type and spilt the drink all over me (not a great CEO look)!
