Indooroopilly Childcare Centre Journey Early Learning

Sending our young one to Journey Indooroopilly was the best decision we took as parents. Seeing her transitioning from Nursery, Toddlers, Pre kindy and finally to Kindy so smoothly and without a single tear over 4 years says it all. The educators are super caring and understand the child. The centre management is transparent and daily online updates through the in house app keeps you connected with the child. The infrastructure is conducive for the development of children with both indoor and outdoor areas including sand pits and water play zones. The in house programs like Kindy science, Happy feet and Ginger sports makes the day of the child and keeps them excited and happy. Highly recommnend to all parents who are nervous and confused in the process of deciding the right day care centre. You cannot go wrong with Journey Indooroopilly.

We had a horrible experience with JEL Indooroopilly. Their lack of experience and management skills is evident and no acceptable or a childcare centre.

Journey Early Learning Indooroopilly is really a nice child care institution, I love the way the educators dealing with new entries, their patients and motivation really blows my mind. The indoor facilities and extra curricular activities they perform each Friday is pretty awesome. I love the way they get involved the child for communication. Finally, as a caring mum, I want to rate 5 stars to Journey Early Learning Indooroopilly.

Excellent childcare centre who provide a nursing and caring environment for children. The educators truely have the best interest of your child at heart.

I have been with Journey Indooroopilly since 2019. Both my son and now my little girl have always come home with big smiles and bits of colour on their clothes. A sign of a great day!
From the delicious food to the planned activities I have never worried that they are not cared for. The educators debrief you on the day alongside lots of photos. The kids love to sit before bed time and talk about their day while looking at all the photos!
I cannot recommend this childcare/kindy enough. Puts my mind at ease knowing she is with people who truly care about her well being.

My son started at Journey Indooroopilly earlier this year at just four and a half months old and I am so impressed by how much he has grown and developed with the excellent care provided. From Michelle and Rowena greeting you at the front door and knowing each child by name as well as where they're at in the Journey, to Sheridan in the nursery having exact knowledge of each individual child's daily routine, I know my son is in the best of care. He has grown into such an active and interactive boy but certainly not lost any of his cuddly sweetness. I can't recommend the team at Indooroopilly Journey Early Learning highly enough.

I have two children who attend Journey Early Learning Indooroopilly - one in the nursery room and one in the kindy room - and they both love it. The staff are attentive and caring and always make an effort to share with us our children’s progress both through the app and in person. The chef makes delicious, healthy food - we’re even able to make the kids’ favorite recipes at home! I also appreciate the relationship we’ve developed with the Centre Director, Bec. Her professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness are top-notch.

The centre staff are so kind and responsive. They are like family. They always listen to parents about their concerns and provide professional advice based on personal circumstances. My little one loves the centre and her educators. The food is amazing and healthy thanks to the master chef. Also the extracurriculum activities planned for the kids are very interesting. A shout out to the management and the team for setting such a great culture in their centre.

Can’t speak more highly of the managers here (Chantelle and Mel)! We had qualms about sending kids to childcare at first, but the teachers here are genuinely kind to the children and good at communicating with parents! Food here is not overly seasoned, tastes just like what we would cook at home! We felt confident with Journey and have started sending the younger child here too!

I had normal parent anxiety about sending my daughter to daycare in general, but from Day 1 of her attending JELC Indooroopilly, that feeling completely disappeared. The staff are so warm, welcoming and genuine with both parents and children, the centre is so modern, the updates on Storypark, the activities the children get to do through the day and the little extras like Date Nights, haircuts and breakfasts make this place unbeatable! My daughter has progressed so much since attending and is always happy when I drop her off and pick her up!

First child care centre for my little one. The educators are all warm and friendly. They made the whole starting smooth and easier. My little one got settled in 2 weeks with their help. Activities are fun and beneficial. I would definitely recommend this centre to everyone.

Been with Journey for close to 2 and half years now and all I can say is its the best thing that has happened to us. They have Fantastic staff, excellent center and very innovative programs for different age groups. Yummilicious healthy meals (Parents do get to taste as they have breakfast mornings every now and then). French classes. Excursions. Educative visits from dentist, police, fire department etc. Our Son absolutely loves to go to Journey.

Our little one has been attending Journey since he was 6 months of age, He has grown such strong bonds with not only the students but also the teachers, we have always felt so welcomed into the centre.
The staff are forever going above and beyond our expectations.

Journey Early Learning Indooroopilly is a great place to work, all the staff are amazing and passionate about working to help children grow and learn. Management is great they really helped guide me and taught me a lot about being an educator in childcare. Journey was my first job in childcare and both the staff and management helped guide me as I studied my diploma and taught me a lot. Tash and the team really helped guide me and made me the educator I am today. The staff really made me feel welcome and the team at Journey are like family

Set in a old converted church, this centre feels like it’s been part of the community for ever! The educators are always happy and you can see they really care for the children as well. Beautifully resourced and set our centre. Would definitely recommend!
