Extremely small and congested little shop. Sales assistant (senior lady with short white hair) was overwhelmed and snappy with me when I asked her about the 20% discount. Please learn to treat all your customers with equal respect, not just the ones buying your expensive bags. Will not be patronising your store.

Absolutely wonderful service from Tahnia twice now! She was extremely helpful in picking out the right belt for my father and was so lovely when I had to exchange as I purchased the wrong size

Visited the Brisbane Arcade store for the first time to look at John Lennon shirts. Jill served me and provided excellent friendly advice and service. I purchased three shirts and I am impressed with the quality and style of these shirts. The store contains a lot of quality products which has spiked my interest to visit the Murwillumbah store.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. I had a faulty bag and it was replaced without question or hesitation after 10 months. Highly recommended.

I rushed from work (in Ipswich) to arrive at the store at 4.50pm (10mins before closing) to find a sign on the door saying back in 10mins. Waited 5mins, called the store to leave a message and left because I was in short term parking and assume they left early. On my way back home (20mins later) Received a call to say they need to do banking and go to the toilet and to call next time I am coming in to make sure someone wil be here. The hours need to be updated to allow staff to do this as I wasted 30mins making the trip in yesterday. Giving 2 stars because I called ahead today to confirm they will be open and picked up the hat I had wanted on hold

I had purchased from Indepal a couple of years ago and I had experienced an issue with their product. The owner and his staff had gone to absolutely every effort to ensure I was satisfied, and replaced the products no problem. They went above and beyond - it was clear they were proud of their product quality and stood by ensuring it met their standard. So no matter what, you can be sure the very knowledgeable team will look after you.

The owner himself also seems incredibly passionate for his business products and cares deeply about the quality.

The leather is fantastic, feels well made and looks beautiful. Many of their products come in various colours as well. The below photos don’t do it justice - you’ll be even more impressed in person.

They have quite and impressive variety as well. You’ll find satchel bags, back packs, brief cases, leather jackets, book covers, books, leather decor, bow ties, amongst several other things.

Just got home with my beautiful purchases a little store but fantastic things inside from leather goods to great shirts long and short sleeve ones the lady that was serving was very helpful i recommend to anyone to go and have a look the shop is in the Brisbane Arcade.

I was given the Beckwith Duffel for Christmas and I'm stoked. Quality product that looks great. I love that it has extra zip pockets on the outside for quick access to regularly used things like my phone charger.

Unique and quality gift selection, extrelely hospitable service. I don't believe a present from here would be ever re-gifted.
