Two weeks ago I started the "GOLD PROGRAM - GENTLE EXERCISE" with instructor Yumi. Not having exercised for some time I was apprehensive, but when I met Yumi she was just perfect for me. She is professional, yet kind and patient and understanding. Her encouragement has given me confidence what I needed to start the program. Yumi has created interesting workouts that has allowed me to improve my balance and body strength and flexibility. She is very pleasant while reminding to maintain correct body position. I would recommend this program to anyone who would kike to improve their fitness.

I work at Inala Community House and all the staff members are very friendly towards colleagues and all clients. What's more important is all their programs genuinely focus on improving the quality life and well-being of our community, all young and old, across Queensland.

Inala Community House though small in numbers continues to strive towards an unified community whereby exploring the tough talking points we hear about on a daily basis. I believe their innovative empowerment movement that is The Community Cup is a great step in helping the changing make up of today's society.
