Without warnming, my Samsung stopped working. I was so worried that I could lose my years worth of photos and was quite vulnerable. I took it to King IT - big mistake! After paying $200 upfront to "save" the photos, which they couldn't do as screen wouldn't come on. They then quoted $300 to run a diagnostic and another couple of hundred to pull the phone apart piece by piece and replace with second hand parts to until they worked out what was wrong with the phone and able to "try" upload my photos. No guarantee that the phone would work again or that I would get my photos.

I left in tears, my husband phoned IMEND for a chat.

I took my phone to IMEND and they couldn't have been more helpful from the start. They were calm, reasuring, friendly. I paid $90 for a diagnostic and then $90 for data upload (not upfront either). They uploaded my photos to cloud and also uploaded my photos to a portable storage that I had. They then offered to replace the screen for $249 so that I could sell the phone to re-coup my losses. They also advised us how to set up my new phone and offered us to bring it in if we got stuck and they would help.

Such lovely staff, they went out of their way to help me, called us to see if I could see the photos on cloud, called us a few days later to ensure the the phone was working and to ensure we were happy with the outcome. I couldn't recommend this company more highly. The cost was reasonable, the explanations understandable and did not take my vulnurability for a ride like the place at the plaza.

Great service with a follow up to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction again. Highly recommend & will use with any tech issues again.

My Android Galaxy S21+ Ultra defentaly has seen better days with a cracked screen up to the point that half the screen would just black out and flicker like it was used for a rave party.

The boys at iMend Tech swiftly told me the price of the repair and tbh I thought it would take a couple of days to fix but it was done in under a day so my hat off to them.
Customer service was at a all time high even when busy with jobs on the go.

I contacted I mend about an iPhone 12 pro max that was dead, and would not charge. The Apple shop had said to buy a new phone because I repair inc artery would be over $1000. Now I have a working phone again thanks to referrals from friends to I mend. Friendly fast service, great communication and updates. They really took the time to read my information and see that I couldn’t communicate by email because the device which received emails was broken and called landline to update me. As a person with a disability who can’t type this phone is my lifeline. It doesn’t just make phone calls up browse Facebook. It allows me to turn on the lights and heater at home and use voice dictation to communicate with friends.

IMend are my heroes. If it’s my iPhone or iPad they are genuinely interested in providing the service you need. My iPad was in desperate need of repair over and above the screen. I am now using my iPad for everything. Not only did iMend set up all my Apps but my Email they helped in deleting unknown rubbish etc. As I am older & not totally Tec savvy the boys are kind & listen so that they can assist to achieve what ever is needed. Congrats guys you have earned all your accolades.

Have been a very happy customer of this business for quite some time. Bought a used phone (very good) and a new phone. Recently the battery on the used iphone 6 need replacing (after being told some months ago that it was on the way out but live with it until really necessary. Great advice) Eventually it needed frequent recharging so a new battery was fitted in 20 minutes at very reasonable cost. The service and honest advice is what makes this business a real stand out. Most of my working life was in selling and marketing so I recognise great performance when I see it.

We recently took in some old iPhones to see if the guys would be interested in purchasing them. Their service was 100%! So fair and honest - we left the phones with them for an inspection and within a few hours we received a call giving us a comprehensive appraisal and consequently advising us how much they would purchase the phones for. We had the cash that afternoon! Cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

Took my phone in expecting to hear the standard you need to buy a refurnished phone or use that money to get a complete new phone but no I was told what the issue could be the price to fix it which by the way was about 1/4 of what a refurbished phone would cost and instead of waiting and waiting for the refurbished phone to arrive my phone was fixed in about 2 hours

I would highly recommend iMend Phones as I needed to replace my computer battery. I just walked in where they quickly checked my computer, assessed what type was required and put in an order for me. It soon arrived, and they messaged me, made an appointment and only took a short time to complete. My computer now charges quickly and keeps going for hours. A really great service! And friendly and efficient staff.

Aaron and the team at Imend were great - so easy to deal with, knowledgeable, flexible and had my Samsung S20+ phone screen (the whole front panel) repaired within an hour. They were also incredibly patient as I asked a million questions while navigating an insurance claim for my samsung phone repair. I would certainly recommend them as an authorised Samsung repairer on the coast.

Did a wonderful job fixing my iPhone 8 Screen in under an hour! Such a relief! I was able to get an appointment in less than 24 hours after my screen shattered which put me at ease. You are in good hands! $200 dollars for iPhone grade glass screen well spent! Looks better than it did before I even smashed it. And 12 month Warranty! My Mom and Dad have both had positive experiences with them as well. Just do it!

I found this company very helpful and professional. They fixed both my ipad that had issues with charging and my iphone 12 which needed cleaning in the ports. Not only did they do this, they also helped me to select high quality cases for both these devices. On top of this they communicated regularly with updates on the progress of the fixes and followed up a few weeks later to see how the fixed devices were going. I thoroughly recommend this company without hesitation, they are great!
