Perfect place to shop, always found this store super cool, friendly, no effort for them to show were things are, keep up the good work guys. 10 out of ten

It is open until midnight, so it's the only place where you can shop if you urgently need something late at night. Most fresh produce is overpriced (up to 2x normal supermarket prices), but most grocery items are priced ok. They also have a good selection of delicacies, exotic condiments, etc.that you won't find in ordinary supermarket. The atmosphere is nice, the lighting is bright, the store is very clean and the staff is friendly.

Great range, staff are great, but don't! Like the new lotto desk in the front of supermarket. Keep gambling out, Please.

Useful at times when all the other supermarkets are closed, but also hugely expensive. You definitely wouldn't want to do a daily shop here.

My local shop. As as much as I continue to support you, I continue to feel let down. I feel sorry for your poor wee little ones on staff who have no idea how to cope with busy times or questions. I never ask for a receipt at most stores but I do always request one from your store because often my choices are incorrectly put through the system and I have to revisit to correct. Things like mushroom variety’s, and tomato varieties.
At peak times the cashier section is utter chaos. Nobody knows which way is which; meaning staff or customer.

Love the fact that they are open till midnight.when you running out of eggs at 10pm, you can just go this IGA.

Awesome product range, so many products not available at the big 2. Different sizes of many products too. Roast meat and veg available everyday!

IGA Marketplace, Wow what an amazing store. This is one of the best boutique style supermarkets I've been to.

This is a great shop. Woolworths and Coles need to lift the shopping experience to this level.
Go down and visit Food land in Pasadena in SA. They annihilate anything I've seen in Qld.

A very good grocery store. However I still find the high shelves a bit off puting the range was good but empty spaces like all supermarkets.

This is the best IGA that I have ever been to. The store is amazing and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. 5 stars isn't enough for this store.

Such a great shop outlay. Staff are fantastic and always happy and friendly. Everything you need is there and weekly specials are really worth buying.

This is a great IGA but parking can be an issue at peak times with so many other quality stores commanding attention.

Unfortunately the members price items are not beneficial to customers when staff forget to prompt customers for their numbers.
When forgotten to add customer members no ATTITUDE is “Oh well I will remember next time”
Meanwhile customer missed out on member specials
Such a huge decline in customer service for a few years.
This store would be lost without valued staff members Deloris who keeps all the slack staff in check & there are many SLACKERS in this store… sadly

Unfortunately I have had a terrible experience. The store is great and other departments do their job but the check out is a compete mess. Always get a condescending tone. Negative for me.
