IGA Goodna

Fridge seriously need fixing we brought trumpet ice creams last week and It all tasted like ice seems like this issue is effecting and will continue to increase poor quality of frozen items.

Some of us don't have money to splash around with the continual inflations in today's world people expect quality products store owners should make it a priority rather than look at it as budget
Goodna customers help support these corporate stores and work hard for there money so why can't this store.

Disgraceful and I am offended.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, RIPPING PEOPLE OFF Just be careful when buying things on sale/ discount cause when you go to checkout it’s not the price that was advertised. I was buying a mango ice tea which is $3.50 and when I went to pay it was $5 I told her that’s not right and she said that’s what the barcode is so I went back to it took a picture of it and showed her. She then said oh okay sorry. It’s not the first time that they’ve done this. It’s false advertisement, ripping people off. Imagine people buy all the groceries here and not even noticing how much more they are paying

Staff are great here, very approachable and helpful. The store is well located with a community notice board out front. Aisles are always clear and clean, produce is fresh and of a high standard and super convenient meals in the hot box, all reasonably priced.

Change of heart. Did an online shop. Paid for DELIVERY SERVICE. Shopping did not turn up. I ended up doing a pickup. My shop still was not packed. Cancelled order. Dont do online - service unreliable.

The staff and the manager are friendly and helpful. I change from Woolworths to IGA wont shop anywhere else

Fridges and freezers don't work properly so food is constantly getting hot than getting cold again, have had food poisoning twice before from buying a milk than an ice cream from here. Over priced. Avoid this store.

It's a small shopping centre and it is good for an out skirt of town everything you need the right shop's it's all good nice one Goodna.

Is ripping people off of their rewards they advertise about the rewards prices and then tell you they won't be issuing anymore cards that's wrong and their freezer that is always over frozen and has the most stinkiest smell that hits you once you open the door and many locals let them know but still the same thing week on week on week

Every time we order something for delivery from here and say "no substitutes" they still manage to send substitutes. The option is there for a reason and I see the printout receipt you get on your end and it's blatantly obvious. The items print out in full. Stop being greedy and just cancel the order or contact the customer.

My favourite to shop. The shop opens till 10pm wish so convenient for working family. It gives us the time we need to go shopping. My favourite is their Freshly Baked Bread, they are big and delicious.

Lovely friendly staff are always helpful and offer everyone a bag. Good range of deli goods fruit and veg and other items, has plenty of parking.

They doubled charged us a few years back Xmas eve. Been stuffed around on getting it back, toId new owners but no same one. The meat in their fridge is green and slimy.fresh local produce well speaks for its self when goodna is the local area. Their fruit is tastless. Iga is a gourmet supermarket not this one far from it

What I like:

Albie - part of management team - is an extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional guy.

Other staff are pleasant and helpful, Kim especially so.

They stock Maleny Dairies Guernsey milk (with old top). This is probably the best milk in the world - like 'liquid velvet', delicious and good nutritionally (see the MD website).

A good range of products, some which can be hard or impossible to find elsewhere.

Was super impressed with the the older guy who I think must be new. He was a tradesman like me and when he couldn't sell me a knife to slice my tomatoes for my toasties at work he quickly sliced them for me and wrapped them for me. Can't understand why the Girl at the checkout was so upset about a fellow staff member giving such good customer service to a local that shops there 3 or 4 nights a week

Very friendly, helpful staff. A great variety of fresh, delicious and home-cooked style foods. Always clean, tidy and inviting environment.

Looked in Coles and Woolworth s, for Anzac Biscuits both have not had any on 2 trips there. I decided to check the IGA STORE, yes they had them hand made, just like the old day's. Even better they were made the right way, the ones which Coles and Woolies usually stock are made so the finished product is lumpy with oats and wheat, useless if you want to dunk them. The ones from IGA are smooth and not grainy, just like they should be, so a wounded soldier could be hand fed them by dunking to soften in a cup of tea. YUMMY AND HEALTHY.

Italian pasta salad (large cost me $5.99) has sat out for DAYS in deli fridge, I know because I've been ordering it and they never made a fresh one. The tomatoes were inedible at least three days ago and now they're shrivelling and decomposing. The pasta has turned to liquid and mush. I have the container in the fridge. Also the "yarrows Anzac cookie" is an insult to Australians. There's a small amount of oats scattered through defrosted cake batter. Yarrows frozen "cookies" taste horrible but they're selling them in bakery style containers to deceivingly appear fresh baked. Inedible dinner. Poor quality, charged at inflated prices. More money hungry foreign investors with no care factor for the customers they're serving. What a sad excuse of a food store. A block of chocolate that ISNT Cadbury will cost you over $7.50! Hard pass.

Appalling. Got in after a long day 8pm, forget dog biscuits. Jumped on Uber eats grabbed some dry dog food and decided to order a few extras (dog chew / popcorn) as I felt cheap… no call to discuss, instead of cancelling the whole order they send me the mini pack of dog chews and charge $17.89…. Up on Facebook for jury. Unaustralian.

Ordered $30 worth of groceries on Uber eats to be greeted by my driver with a bottle of milk I did not even order. I was still fully charged. I’ve tried calling IGA and I’m being sent to voice bank. Terrible service and communication.

Have ordered urber eats from this IGA a few times and they never have what you order, they don't give u all the items. Don't bother ordering from this IGA, I won't be any more.
