Went into IGA Crestmead today around midday and decided to buy the JL KING FETTUCCINE GAR PRAWN for lunch and my wife and I have been vomiting since That is the ONLY thing we ate today! Now this needs to be investigated. Did anyone else eat this from IGA Creatmead? 7/11/2023 Let me know. Qld Health may need to investigate!
Don’t order through Uber etc from these guys. Their staff don’t bother looking for alternatives and you end up with half your order and a pile of fees that equal 1/4 of your spend. It’s not much better when you shop in store as they rarely seem interested in helping you find something or they have nothing on the shelves. Customer service is poor here.
Was in there just half hour ago and got 2 packs of the cream filled finger buns and when I took them to the registers the young girl on was checking for bugs in them. We then noticed a bug in them and she said oh there was a lady yesterday who had a fly in hers. I said to get them all off the shelves but they didn’t. Who knows what you will discover in them. That’s disgusting and a health hazard to say the least. Better hope the agencies who monitor these types of things don’t get word of it
Handy well stocked shop most staff are helpful and friendly cancelled pre existing loyalty program when it changed hands

The staff are very friendly, but unfortunately the prices are very expensive.
By FAR the most extremely expensive grocery store i have ever seen in a suburban/metropolitan area. At least 200% more and in some cases 300% more for even basic items such as cheese and margarine. Shocking and disappointing.
Bad experience with the angry old woman in the deli this morning, 23/5/23. Absolutely rude and disrespectful. This is very upsetting considering I stop in most mornings to buy my drinks and lunch for work. It’s an easy fix, I’ll now by my lunch from the bakery next door!
The trifle is the bomb! Absolutely beautiful. The already cooked meals are awesome, pork belly is yum!
Great hours 6am to midnight the hotbox variety is always changing and always has something new and different and friendly staff

Not sure what's going on here son went to get some items told they won't honor the catalogue prices as it's changed owners. All signage is still the same. Only way to know is when you get to the checkout and dispute the price. It's so fricken embarrassing
Reasonably priced for a convenience store, but great opening hours. Wide range of goods. Probably not where you want to go for a weekly shop, but perfect for last minute and after hours extras.

Very limited selection outside of regular vegan things you can get elsewhere. Itemd not seperated at all so must look for what they do have.
Easy parking, fruit and veg are overpriced but a great spot to if you need something on the way home.
My experience shopping at IGA Crestmead has usually been really good, my go to place when I cant get to the bigger supermarkets. However when I visited the store recently I was horrified to see their Security Guard inside the store with a RAT on his shoulder showing the staff at the Counter like it was show and tell. This is a place where food is handled and where you expect the highest standards of safety, hygiene and comfort. So disgusting!

Short walk from home. Small store, couldn't do your weekly shop there due to the fact that you can't get everything and it would also require a substantial loan from the bank. Huge mark up on items!
Neighbourhood is rough, wouldn't recommend night shopping.
After visiting the local bakery best in the area I thought some nice cold cuts would be nice with my fresh roll.
I popped in my local IGA crestmead thinking of the wonderful adds seen on telly.
Wasn’t I disappointed after approaching the deli counter I was ignored by three staff members.
I stood at the counter. I wasn’t acknowledged.
I concluded I’d waited long enough for someone to acknowledge me.
I walked out.
I will never return.
The extra five minute detour to Coles or Woolworths won’t annoy me as much as my trip to my local IGA did today.
Don't trust any of the specials went there tonight and had a great special and the staff member wouldn't honour it
