10 Me and my partner joined in 2022.
We both wanted to lose weight, but didn't know what exercises to do or how to do them. We would occasionally ask the gym lady for advice with what exercises to do, and did them. We quit after 6 months, when she left on Maternity leave. Tried using the treadmills and auto weight lifter for biceps, but the lack of guidance was demotivating.
Imagine a person who is overweight, joining a gym to lose weight, only for their to be no guidance/information on how to/ where to start. How anxious that person can be, because everyone in the gym is fit, seems to have themselves pulled together. It can be intimidating.
What's the point of encouraging people to join your gym, to lose weight when you won't help them lose weight after signing up?

Great staff, small space compared to bigger gyms but doesn’t get too packed, overall love this gym and is great to start at.
I lost 30kg in 4 months in this Gym with personal trainer Jimmy, getting next stage gain more mucles this year, friendly staff members with professtional knowledge
Not alot here for women, especially gluten machines or even an area to due these. Desperately need one of these. I left & found a gym down the rd that had one.

Nice and clean club, me and my mates had a good time to workout here. Manager is very friendly and always great us with a smile and say hi. Very approachable. William and chonin say hello here:) Havent been back for a while due to personal, but would still defo recommend this club to others.
Great vibe, well maintained machines and even better staff. Ian truly goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and accommodated. Couldn't speak highly enough of him and his friendly and approachable team. Highly recommended!
