30Has a lack of specialised machines, but features all the essentials. A bit expensive, but if you live in the area it's worth it.
Great compact gym with enthusiastic and helpful staff as well as a good selection of equipment and facilities. Always fresh and clean and well maintained Very convenient location right across from the Oxley train station, close to a Coles S/Ctr, coffee shops and restaurants

Thought it'd be like every other pokey gym. Turned out to be my favorite place to go mainly because of the atmosphere. Will be staying here now.

Good gym but its always very cool which is not good for body when we warm up the body it cool down very quickly aircon temprature is very coll you should reduce the temrature.it will be also helpful for those who want to loose wait.

Fantastic 24/7 gym in the middle of OXLEYs central shopping precinct, with some equally fantastic reciprocal franchises. Full selection of gym equipment including free weights and machines. Amazing and ever helpful staff.
Good range of equipment allowing me to have the option to lift weights or cardio. Friendly staff and not too busy when I workout.
